“My name is Susan Watson, not Wayson. The condition of your delivery of natto was very good. Twice the company had failed to deliver & it wasn't our fault. I was anxious that the product would be spoiled. It was not. They must have kept it under refridgeration because the ice packs were still frozen. So all was well.
Thank you”

“I ordered sake and a loaf of Shokupan bread online. Process was easy and delivery took a few days to arrive. Unfortunately, the bread expired the day after delivery. This was disappointing and it would’ve been better for something with a longer shelf life to have been sent.”
Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. Yes, our fresh bakery items such as the shokupan do need to be consumed in a short time frame due to their freshness, as indicated in the product description. We are sorry if this was not made clear enough. Best regards, Japan Centre Online
“I purchased a variety of sweets and drinks as a Christmas present. The recipient was delighted with their box of Japanese goodies.
Communication was good, and despite it being a very busy period, the package arrived promptly.”
“These soba noodles are smooth, chewy, and very delicious. They can be enjoyed chilled under running water and served as tsukemen, or eaten warm in a bonito-flake broth. As the main ingredient is buckwheat flour, they’re perfect for those who are health-conscious.
Be sure to give them a try!”
“Fantastic on line shop, the range of products is perfect for all Japanophiles of which I count myself. Excellent customer service and delivery. A perfect place for people to explore and appreciate Japanese culture.”
“Thw plum wine I ordered as a Christmas present arrived promptly and was very well packaged in recycable materials. The bottle looked beautiful but I didnt taste it as it was a gift.”
