“Everything was good from start to finish. Delivery was fairly quick and hassle free. My order was reasonably priced and items were is stock.
Some of my regular items are never in stock so my order gets smaller and smaller. Overall the selection is not a good as it used to be.”

I’ve been a long-term customer and usually my deliveries arrive without any problems. However, for my last two orders, because I wasn’t home, the parcels were taken straight to the post office with no attempt at redelivery the next day. Most couriers try 2–3 times.
The boxes are heavy and I’m unable to collect them myself, so this is causing real difficulty. Could you please advise why redelivery isn’t attempted and whether future orders can have a second delivery attempt?
I value shopping with Japan Centre, but if this can’t be resolved I may have to consider other options.”
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the delivery issue. The courier DPD reserves the right to deliver to a pick-up shop if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. “I have been drinking green tea now for about a year.
The Sasaki Seicha Okuyama Sencha Green Tea helps with my inflammation and has quite an earthy taste which i enjoy. It might seem expensive to some but you don’t use huge amounts and it lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this tea.”
