Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an online order and package was thrown over side gate by delivery driver, and then destroyed by my dog. Courier Co. were very reasonable and asked me to notify JD Sports, when I did they asked for ridiculously detailed pictures which resulted in me being covered in dog sh1t and hair only to be told that they didn't deem them to be damaged enough. They offered me a €25 discount on order of €110. Laughable! Sending items back sh1t and all and JD Sports can pick up the tab as they won't be selling these on. Honestly the worst Customer Service EVER!

Im order converse shoes 14th june i get 16th but was to big so i want exchenge for half number small. Im bring my shoes 18th june to store in my Town i make refund . One guy from this shop set to me than my shoes will be to collect for couple of days 3 max 5 days. Tommorow will be 2 weeks when in waiting for exchenge. Im call to customer service and evrybody set to my than it will be soon i call today and thos lady from customer service set to me than its something wrong and she return my money to paypal. Now i must wait for my money i think 5 days!! Terrible customer!!! Not recommed!

I placed my order and heard nothing for a day. I the tracked my order it had been received it said. I still heard nothing and I checked the status again after 3 days and it still was received not even processed. I telephone customer services who said that they would e.mail them. It finally arrived at the shop after another 3 days. Bad service poor communication.

The moment I placed online order took my details bounced me out at payment flash came up error on system try again in few minutes no payment taken from a/c. Tried again same thing, again advised error and no payment taken. Phoned to place order & to check previous online attempts were void and no monies taken, given that reassurance. Contacted bank 3 payments requested from JDS. They wouldn’t let me cancel order and advised it would take days to get these payments back. Their website clearly stated that NO transaction had occurred and the error was being sorted. This was not only misleading it was a downright lie. Customer services were lamentable. Be very careful if you order from this company online their website is fraudulently operating and you WILL lose money. Shop elsewhere, incidentally the reviews of this company are horrendous read before you th8nk of buying from them, I wish I had

Completely false advertising, paid for next day delivery to store for Father’s Day, item hasn’t arrived, says it would be here 2 dats later!! Really, for next day delivery !!! I had to buy the same item from store as they couldn’t give me what they had it stuck. Disgusting service. Do not rely on what they say they can do.

Aweful experience, i ordered a pair of trainers for my Son in order to recieve them in 2-3 working days( click & collect ), waited 4 working days then called them up, all they could tell me was the order had bee rejected, why? no reason, they never even called or emailed to let me know whilst we were wating 4 days to collect this order, spoke to a Lady called Sue in customer services and she was not even sorry for what had happended, even when i explained that the shoes were a gift for my son for Eid which was day after. left me stranded and unfortunatelly the trainers my son want are exclusive to JD so i am forced to have to give them my business, never will i buy anything else from this company again

I have made 2 purchases in the last year with jd sports and on both occasions I have been let down , the first time one of the items was missing clearly never put into the package in the warehouse as the package was completely sealed so then I had to jump through hoops to prove I didn't receive the item then it finally arrived after 3 weeks with no apology. So I said I'd give them another chance I purchased 3 items and they took payment only for the following morning I received an email explaining some of the items were unavailable but failed to explain which item/s were missing so I could at try elsewhere for the product, so I had to email them to find out which took another 2 days . Their online system is nothing short of dreadful

Will never ever order from JD sports again. Messed up the address on my delivery, never received my order, told me each day that it would ‘definitely’ arrive the next, when they finally accepted it wasn’t arriving they told me I would soon receive my refund, three weeks later I’m still almost £100 down. Every time I speak to anybody at JD I’m met with an incompetent lazy human who can’t wait to get off the phone. Con artists

Delivery time was 5 days longer than stated time frame on website. When i approached the company about this i was dismissed and told i was "mistaken". This is incorrect as the wording clearly states the time frame i was working off. Once i received my package. The shoes where not only the wrong size but colour, brand , style and gender. So basically the only thing they had in common with the one i purchased was the fact it was a shoe.

Took my money said delivery was being processed then sent email goods were picked and going to be delivered to store then sent email saying order canceled. All of this took 10 days and a further 3 days to return my money. Rubbish.

How stupid of me for giving jd sports the benefit ov doubt for ordering £500 ov clothes for my oldest 2 lads for the second time they have taken my £500 yes you've gussed it they have cancelled my order again and have to wait a week again so that's £740 this month just wondering how many others that they have cancelled this week because money in holding tanks how month interest this big companie is making each month on holding on to money from all ov us think it is disgusting and a disgraceful that theses companies are aloud for the order to go through when items are not in stock shouldn't be aloud to process the order but no they just take your money so my advice would be dont ever shop on jd sports website because u mite end up in the same situation as me ): ): ): so angry !!!!!! With this s##t

Sent out a pair of $280 shoes that had obviously been returned to them by someone else who'd torn the tongue almost completely out. In what universe is that considered acceptable? Then to top it off, by the time they arrived and had to be sent back, the only other half decent colourway was SOLD OUT. Save yourself the heartache and just go ask the local homeless dude for his old kicks, they'll probably be in better condition than whatever these clowns decide to send you

This is my very first time at putting a review online but I am so cross and shocked and really feel the need to tell people how I have been treated just so I can warn people to be careful when purchasing any thing from JD sports? Disgusting service, terrible attitudes, Scarborough store clerk (maybe manager but it would be really unfare to put him into that bracket) he is truelly a complete twit. Bought a tshirt just over two weeks ago and before wearing it found a hole in where they had put the tag through at the store refused to refund (wouldn't mind but this wasn't a cheap Tshirt). The hole is singnifacally large and will get larger so can't even wear it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER, TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ISSUE A SIMPLE REFUND, HAD TO EMAIL 4 TIMES TO 4 DIFFERENT ADVISORS BEFORE A REFUND WAS PROMISED AND IT STILL HAS NOT COME THROUGH, STILL WAITING, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced...First off everytime I place an order it keeps getting cancelled...Keep stating to make sure my address is correct which in fact I did..Everytime I try to call I keep getting busy signal no help from live agent...If youre considering ordering from this website I strongly suggest that you didn't....

Visited jd sports in Edgware. Lots of staff who were totally disinterested. We asked for a particular shoe size and were told to take it to the staff at the counter - the sales assistant (who was doing nothing else) wasn't willing to do it. As a customer I felt like an inconvenience to the staff.
