I ordered trainers 4 weeks ago. Never heard from them with regards to my order. Chased this up on numerous occasions to be told they had been dispatched. It turns out they hadn't actually been dispatched. I was then told to go back to the store to get a refund.

my order was suppose to arrive within 2-3 working days and has not. I have tried for over an hour to get through to customer service which is just ringing out. I then rang the store in Manchester Arndale to double check it has not been received there. The man that answered the phone he told me he would check but he didn't take any details from me... he came back to the phone and told me he tried to call me yesterday?? I couldn't understand what else he was saying so asked him to repeat and instead he put the phone down on me and now not answering at all. Also last year I put took a jacket back that was 100 pound I had it put onto a gift card so I didn't spend it. When I went back to spend it, it had not even been on there and when I tried to sort it out they gave me a load of excuses I had the phone put down on me over and over again! Customer service here is absolutely shocking!! They never ever answer the phone and on the off chance they do they put it down then ignore the phone..

Order of £72 was placed and never received. Customer services were really unpleasant, kept talking over me and are now saying the process will take 28 days to look into before they even consider refunding. Disgusting. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

JD doesn't answer or call back! My friend ordered a shirt and it was supposed to be there in 10 days then it still never came after 3 days. It's a scam and they steal your money!

Placed an order of a Chelsea football shirt for a birthday present.Website stated 3-5 days standard delivery. 7 days later have still not received it. Have contacted customer services to be told it could be another 3 days before I receive it. I felt that the Customer services advisor did not fully appreciate my concerns and disappointment, just kept repeating their company terms and conditions policy. I also felt that at times he was contradicting himself. Was offered a delivery charge refund but feel this is inadequate compensation for the extremely appalling service. Will NEVER use JD Sports again.!

Great section of clothes, trainers and accessories in the Swansea store. But as always, only ever one staff on the till and 4 staFF wondering around the store, chatting to one another, one staff on the trainer section running back and fore then one on the changing rooms. To buy one item, from the point the person behind the till started serving me to the point they had finished, it took 13 minutes as they had to answer the radio serveral times, to repeatedly say the same thing, all this after waiting 15 minutes listening tonthe 3 people behind me complaining. Even when you go pick up a click and collect, its poor slow slow service. Loosing faith in JD, used to look forward going there, now its dread at the thought of waiting unnecessarily long. Poor effort JD. No wonder people order online more than ever.

I’m really not surprised that the high street is dying. Shopping in store is such an unpleasant experience now especially in JD sports, Boucher Road, Belfast. The staff clearly do not want to be there and clearly do not want assist in any way. Ask a question, they either do not know the answer or just walk away. A queue at the tills, 5 staff just standing talking with each other, looking at phones etc. Get to till and have to argue with the assistant about the offer that is on which she clearly knows nothing about. Have to go onto website to show her and she still argued about it. Eventually someone told her that I was right. Ask about printing a name on a shirt? No chance. The staff that do that only work midweek apparently. Sure why would you need them in to work on a Saturday which is clearly the busiest day of the week. Will stick in online shopping in the future and certainly not with JD sports. Awful experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t order online, return & expect to get a refund without having to involve your bank, as when you contact “Customer Service”, as the laughingly like to call themselves, they just lie, fob you off, never return calls, lie some more, absolute disgrace. Took over 6 weeks to get money back & would probably still be waiting if my bank hadn’t intervened. Will never use again or any of their affiliates

Never pay for next day premium delivery you won’t get it ! Customer service absolute rubbish e mailed them rang them tweeted them and no reply ! Quick to take my money though

i have bought a shoes from jdsport online via paypal . I 've returned the shoes on may 18th 2018 at the lewisham store but still now juillet 2018 never received my money back . I have contacted them but the never back to me i will never shop online with them again there are thieves.

I recently visited Walthamsow E17 branch with my 13 year old daughter bought a black Puma top. My daughter decided she wanted to exchange for a shorter sleeve Next day my daughter try to exchange the top, but was bullied and embarassed by the store Manager which so happen was on the till that day, that a hair/ fluff was a cat hair, so could not exchange because of hygeine reason I had to leave work and meet her at the store. The Manager said the same thing to me when i ask her to show me the cat hair she walked away,and said rudely she was the Manager and would not be exchanging the item. I contacted customer service, which contacted the shop, but that was a waste of time, as all they can do is apologise on behalf of the Manager. We took the top to another JD and exchange with no problem. I and my teenage kids are done with shopping at JD sports. Too many other sports shops with better customer service around. I will take our shopping there . We been shopping with JD for years, but after today never again and kids agree BYE JD AND YOUR RUDE MANAGERS, and useless customer service

Worst customer service in the world. Would be here forever giving examples. But nothing will change because people will continue to go back to them for some odd reason? I only deal with them once a year due to my kids and feel that they have the worst people working for them and it never changes year after year in Canary Wharf and their sense of common sense throughout every store and customer service department is just as bad.

The worst customer service possible!!! They DON'T allow you to cancel your order online and after waiting 30 min in the phone to talk to someone the person says that is IMPOSSIBLE for you to cancel the order and that you need to RETURN once they SEND and you receive the product!!! In what century they are? DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!

Ordered an Item over two weeks ago and never received the item, apparently its still in the warehouse! Worst service I have ever experience, will not advise anyone to buy of the site! Also the customer service was extremely poor and they were not helpful at all!

International deliver is like a bad joke in this company! I made an order 26.06.2018 order status at 11.07.208 was still accepted to deliver! How it possible the pocked are waitting 2 weeks for transport! Terrible! The customer service is terrible too! Call contact from website is only automatical voice, two different adres email - the same only automatical responed! I had to call to stationary shore to get a solution. I hope i get my payment back in standard time!

They are liers and thieves. Most of them dont even know how to do their job properly. Its been 2 months and i still havmt received my refund. Fraud going on here. Many people ive come across have said that. Sports direcr is much better people. Lovely people i advise you to go there instead

Their customer service is totally disaster to me. I have placed an order a week before and I found the status stays ‘processing’ for the whole week. I sent an email for the updates and they just simply replied me that they hv cancelled the order WITHOUT an reason. The most terrible thing is to ask me to place the order again but all items I wanted were already out of stock! That’s not making any sense for me to make the order again right? I would never wanted to or recommend others to use their online service as their service are incredibly unacceptable!

Absolutely useless. Went in there today looking for a whiteish men's size 12 trainer. Chose five different designers all of which were supposedly available in this size but none available!!! We were never shown what they did have in the size required and never did they offer to order them in. No wonde people are going online now. Such poor service, we will go elsewhere and get better service sew here else.

Ordered a pair of very cool vans shoes from jds, got them very quick but a number bigger than I requested, so i returned those and requested a replacement. It's been a month now and still no sign of my shoes. Low prices aren't worth the troubles that come with it, store is absolutely awful.
