I order some things off their online store a week ago and was given a tracking number for my order. another week goes by and the order was still on the 'accepted' stage so I contacted them asking where my package was. They told me that my order was cancelled because they had lost my order and there was no stock left for the products i wanted. They literally could have reached out and tell me that after my order was cancelled. i am so disappointed and angry because they have literally wasted my time and now i have to wait to get my refund from them. Please do not purchase from them as they waste your time and are misleading.

Very very very very poor. Overpriced, when we compared to manufacturers direct sales via their own websites - JD actually charge £5 more on almost every item. I bought leather Nike trainers for my son and when, after 4 days, they started to fall apart the ‘manager’ refused to do anything about them as he said they weren’t faulty. They were fraying at the top around the ankle and the stitching is coming undone. In the opinion of the ‘manager’ they are not faulty and if I would like to, I can send them back to JDs fault checking service! After 3 weeks they will either return them to me because they have assessed them as not faulty, or offer and exchange.... so what is my son supposed to wear to school for the next three weeks?!?! I asked to speak to the regional manager, so the ‘manager’ disappeared into the office for fifteen minutes to ‘make a phone call’. When he returned the news was that the regional manager wasn’t working today but luckily his assistant was. She asked the ‘manager’ to tell me to phone customer services on Monday. I must conclude that the ‘manager’ thinks that I was born yesterday. Appallingly poor

The cucks lost my order and still can't figure out their policy on what to do WHEN THEY LOOSE A FUCKING ORDER! YOU SEND ANOTHER FUCKING ONE AGIAN WITH COMPENSATION AND A FUCKING TRACKING NUMBER YOU STUPID STUPID FUCKS. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THEIR FROM THE HR TO THE CEO IS A FUCKING CUMSTAIN. ITS LIKE THEY SHAT THEMSELVES AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW AND STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER

Hermes three a package of £100+ over my back fence so they say trainers now missing. Jd make me feel like it’s my fault. I have to wait and miss out on trained that are in high demand. Shame on you JD. your customer comes last poor poor service!!!

SCAMMERS! ORDERED TRAINERS 6 MONTHS AGO! MAY 2018 TO BE EXACT! HERMES STOLE THEM AND STILL NO REFUND DESPITE SIGNING A DISCLAIMER 3 TIMES AND BEING IGNORED THERAFTER! ORDER ON FOOTLOCKER THIS PLACE IS A WASTE. BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT STAFF!!

I didn’t get my order for next day delivery after waiting 5 days and given misleading emails on your order is on its way plus me wasting time waiting for delivery they now tell me the order was rejected by the store as it was damaged definitely a big fat lie to cover their backs. I’ve had an to deal with an angry teeenage son due to this big disappointment! Today got a refund but £10 they gave as a goodwill gesture they took it back through my refund. instead of £299 they paid me back £285 as they reimbursed the delivery charge for order 423728696 how diabolical! 😡

Items were not delivered and refusing to replace or refund for 28 days until an ‘investigation’ resulting in my having to buy same items for a second time. Disgrace!

Do not trust this company. I ordered items which were supposed to have been dispatched on the 7th September yet by the 19th no delivery. I asked JD Sports to investigate which subsequently returned with a lost in transit response. Appreciating that this can sometimes happen I agreed for them to resend my items, these were allegedly sent on the 20th September. The 28th September I had to chase up my replacement order again,only to be told today 1st October that my order had been lost in transit for a second time. What an absolute joke, do not buy off this company they take your money and don't deliver.

Bought a Adidas school bag it ripped across the top these are known for ripping. Lost my receipt. They won't give me talk but its only jds sell these. Will never shop here again

Absolute shambles! experience from staff over the phone was terrible.. when i called to explain how bad my parcel was i was laughed at and hung up on twice! I brought two pairs of trainers online, when they got delivered the boxes where battered, i called to explain these are presents and cant be handed over the way they was! i was basically told there was nothing they could do.. they blamed it on the delivery driver at first.. when i explained it couldn't of been them because the boxes have been tapped up prior to delivery.. i was hung up on! To think your treated this way whether spending a little or alot is disgusting! i have always been a loyal customer to JD but i have had sooo many bad experiences.. this was the icing on the cake and i will never use your company again!!

They did not have my size in store. Unable to transfer product from store to store. Purchasing online, the $60 item in store is $70 plus postage and the item comes from the U.K. I rang customer service to complain and they didn't ring back. Never again. Will buy elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! You've been warned. Pls read anonymous below as this clearly stipulates the amateur workings of the CS team. I personally had two CS team members blatantly laughing down the phone at me. Most unprofessional CS support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!

I placed a online order for £497 worth of items some as a birthday present for a family member, I paid for priority delivery in order to get the items in time. Upon delivery I found X3 items missing from my order valued at £158 but they show on my delivery note as being in the parcel when in fact they are NOT !!!! I’ve spoken to Customer Care team who almost accused me of being a liar then told me I’d to wait 28 days for an investigation and even then I might not get my items. Very unhappy customer who spends a lot of money with JD, Well I won’t be again FACT !!!! I will of course be taking the matter further and contacting my solicitor.

JD Sports, I would strongly recommend not buying anything from them, i had ordered an item from them on Monday in store as they did not have the item in stock and had paid extra for next day delivery. It is now Friday and the item has not been dispatched yet ? Their customer charter states they will aim to answer a call in 30 seconds well i have been on hold for 35 minutes. Their customer service line is never answered ! Their Face book page does not respond. Their courier cannot answer any questions regarding your delivery. When emailing their customer service team with a formal complaint the only answer they can provide is that my order has not been dispatched yet. Terrible service and i would strongly advise unless you buy in store, go somewhere else for your purchase !

7 BST I am absolutely appalled by your company and there will be no way I will shop at jd sports again. All your staff are un proffesional and don’t know how to resolve issues. My mum is an elderly woman who travelled across London to try and pick up the item we wanted after asking the jd sports staff member numerous times if the item was the correct one we wanted. And still after all that we were still given a different item despite giving all the relevant details such as the item number the full description and the size they still managed to give her a completely different item !!! After all the headache myself and my mother Spent hours on the phone trying to reserve the item and still to be disappointed. And the cheek of it was that the senior manager I spoke to in the customer service team said she can offer me £10! What do you even expect me to say to that ? The cab alone my mother took to collect the WRONG item was £40 and that is excluding all the money and time we have spent being on the phone !!!!! I am so frustrated and will never consider purchasing an item again at JD sports. You have lost a loyal customer And I have shopped at jd for years I was then asked to contact the ‘champion’ customer service team as I was not happy with the 10 pounds they offered me and after all that hassle someone got back to me after they investigated the issue and said that my mum gave them the wrong item description even though she gave them the item number !! They had the cheek to say we lied due to their mistake !!! Please note that there is nothing champion about this possibly the worst customer service experience ever !
