We are very sorry; we have been unable to fulfil your recent order JD 405029378. This not good enough, it appears you are wrongly advertising goods? I wish to complain at the highest level as this has now happend more than once, I also feel you should be reported to trading standards and investigated. I expected a reply with the following within 72 hours 1. Why have you cancelled the order? 2. Why are you selling goods online you cannot deliver upon? 3. Your CEO full contact details and email address? You are Clearly a breach of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act! (From the 1st October 2015 you would now quote Consumer Rights Act 2015.) I await your full reply

I bought a voucher online and asked for it to be delivered to a store in Dublin for me to collect. My sister went 3 separate times to pick it up and it was not there. She then went a fourth time and they said it was sent back. What followed was a nearly 4 month email process of trying to get the voucher sent to the store, to my house and finally just asking for a refund. I was given many different answers from different people both on the phone and via email about why I could or couldn't get a refund. Eventually halfway through the fourth month (3 days ago) I was surprised with a refund after being told it was not possible. The voucher was meant as a gift for someone in October which they never got. I won't be ever buying from this store again, at least not online! Worst customer service I have personally experienced, despite everyone being very polite.

I have somehow ended up on their email spam list, yet I'm not even from the UK and had never heard of this company. I have both unsubscribed, and asked their customer support to remove my address, yet 2 months later I am still receiving their daily emails.

57.90% of all reviews give JD 1 star ! A staggering statistic ! It says it all. Avoid at all costs ! Most of the poor reviews relate to their shambolic customer service. Yet after making a service complaint i received an email from their customer service department today telling me that all their staff are trained to the highest standard ! Hilarious !

Bought a Nike jogger suit for my Grandsons Christmas from the Inverness branch. Size 12-18 months. As it came in a bundle with the trousers folded up inside the jacket I assumed that both parts would be the same size, as the hanger and tag on the jacket both said 12-18 months. When we went to put it on my grandson the other day we realised that the trousers we actually 4-5years ! Bit of a nuisance but no big deal we thought we just need to change the trousers. Went into the store today with the item , the tags were still attached and we had the receipt. ( I had spent £190 in total in the store that day ). Unfortunately though it wasn't as simple as that. Was met by a scrawny, arrogant little ginger haired boy claiming to be the assistant manager who actually questioned my honesty by refusing to change it claiming that the store wouldn't have sold it to me like that ! There was a young girl on the next till that this little boy was obviously desperate to try and impress. Disgusting customer service and urgent further training required for this jumped up little man.

I bought a top from here. On getting it home I found it had a stain on the back, something I didn't spot when trying it on. My wife took it back to shop to find out what the options were, as I really liked the top but didn't want to wash it and find that I couldn't return it. She was made to wait for 20 minutes by the shop assistant who then returned with the shop manageress. They both told her they had reviewed the CCTV and there was no stain on the top when I bought it. On asking to see the CCTV evidence that the manageress had used to come to this decision my wife was told she couldn't see the CCTV due to data protection laws. The manageress refused to give her name and refused to discuss it further. On taking this up with JD sports customer services online and explaining what had happened, I was given the option of returning the top at my expense to the central stores to see if it was a manufacturing fault (it obviously wasn't - they hadn't read the e-mail). They have not offered anything else. Having effectively been accused of attempted fraud by an organisation who wouldn't even address the issue, I won't ever shop there again.

Bought Nike air max tracksuit bottoms for my sons Christmas and after one wash they were faded and bobbly. I returned them to JD who then had the cheek to deliver them back to me stating they were not faulty. I have since returned for a 2nd time and waiting for a return . Will shop elsewhere from now on .

Rubbish customer services - every store apparently has it's own refund and exchange process and each store blames the other for not being offer refunds post Xmas relying on a very confusing Xmas refund policy on the receipt. Tried to return trainers I bought on 18th December on 28th December and was told that I could return or ask for refund until after 29th December. Tried to return on 8th January and told me that I would not be able to full refund but offered a voucher instead!

Awful customer service, Firstly advertise products on website which are out of stock, And if they are in stock after placing order they seem to be out of stock again. I placed order for 5 items and received only 1 after two weeks and still go charged for delivery. contacted customer service and they basically said tuff luck. will never order again specially from their website and do not recommend to do so

What a joke this company is charge you for next day delivery and items don't turn up when in to the altrincham store for help and was told the can't refund or give me the pair of pants I needed management need better customer service training I will never use kf sports again I would rather burn my money!!!!!

Hi guys, if you guys ever consider to get Crep Protect Spray from JD Sports. Think twice before you purchase. On 2nd January 2018, I went to MidValley Malaysia JD Sports and purchase Crep Protect Spray. Before I buy, I asked the staff how does it works and will it ruin/affect my shoes appearance? Their staff answer me "No it wont" and advising that it can spray on all kind of sneakers material. After puchased, I did followed the instruction that listed on the Crep Protect Spray bottle, which keep a distance of 20cm away from the sneakers while applying the spray. However, when I did exactly on what the instructions indicated to my new basketball trainers and end up it ruined all 3 pairs of my new trainers. I was very unhappy with the result and seek for assistance from JD sports through email. Regardless, this so called Head Officer replied my email and said he's trying to solve my issue. Eventually, he shirked the responsibility back to customer (me), which told me to contact Crep Protect company and bring this issue up against them. I'm like "seriously"? The problem was the staff of JD Sports MidValley told me that I can spray on all kind of shoes material and will not affect/ ruined my shoes appearance. The officer from Head Office even denied their staff had given mislead information to the customer and replied me in saying that "I can confirm that the staff have not mislead you and the crep protect is safe on all shoes." I am wondering how could he assure that when the issue has happened. I'm very disappointed with this company as they trying to shirk the responsibility instead of assisting in solving the issue. Conclusion , please think TWICE before you purchase item from JD Sports.

Ordered a 2 in 1 top only half turned up. Emailed them the replied straight away for more info which I give and I haven't heard anything since I have sent them 3 emails that they haven't bothered replying to. Poor customer service!!

Yeh they offer free delivery which is fantastic,, Ooop until prefer is picked wrong 3rd happened to me Now I have to take to store to sort out which is quicker option. Thank for free delivery been a great help. P.s do not do online unless it click & collect u can sort straigh away pfff

If I could give them -star I would. There online customer service is appalling, very very appalling 3rd time they have messed up my order. 1- miss an item (probably a thief in their warehouse) 2- I order top & bottom set for son only top arrives no bottom 3- I order Nike air track suit age 4-5 but someone blind picks a Adidas 9-10 Ones a mistake but it’s got to a point it’s pathetic. Pathetic

To say I’m disappointed with this company is an understatement, ordered for Xmas with next day delivery that apparently got lost in transit!!! To be informed it would be resent next day free from delivery charges, oh guess what still not here, after talking to customer services card via email I decided to read other reviews seems jd have a lot of “lost in transit” parcels this year, is that really the case or human error and nobody will admit it, one little boys xmas ruined Thankyou jd I will never use you again

Had my online orders "unsuccessfully picked" THREE TIMES, despite the items still being shown as in stock on their website for days after. What's more, they won't refund the full order (which I no longer want as it is missing key items again). This means I have to travel to the store, receive my partial order, pay for it and then immediately return it to the cashier. Total waste of time.

Placed an order on the 21st of December for next day express delivery now 25th December still no delivery several phone calls to customer service and no help whatsoever .will be returning my order and spending my money with another retailer .as tour site says in terms and conditions it's a legally binding contract well that works both ways .will never use your sorry excuse of a company again .and I will follow up with legal action as my time is not free .and warn others on social media at every opportunity I have

My sister has had a terrible experience with JD sports Manchester, she had £100 on a gift card and the card was cloned! Or as a JD supervisor said it sounds like it was done by a member of staff! Totally refused to deal with it.

Terrible. Cancelled online order (child's Christmas gift) without notice. Only found out when I rang to ask where the order was (couldn't find in the tracking). Refund pending....
