My daughter received a Xmas gift card… My daughter received a Xmas gift card of €200 which expired so I went into jd and was told to return it and given the address and it would be reissued this was last October 😡 I was hoping to have it for Xmas. I sent it tracked it , it had been delivered only to be told months later it hadn’t and they want the tracking receipt which I didn’t think I still had till I found it another couple of months later. And when I sent it to them they say oh sorry it has we will sort it for you . Now they say no we want the receipt if the gift voucher too please I need advice

Promised next day delivery....paid extra for Hermes......and NOTHING.......not the first time!!!! Wont be using again!!!!

I returned a tshirt but the tag ad come off. Only been tried on 2 times on my 6yr old grandson only to be told by a young kid who was supposed to be a manager he can't exchange it for a smaller size.. also was told it has a dirty mark inside the neck which very truly not.just looking for excuses not to exchange.this company is disgusting the way they treat there customers and should be closed down.i have spent thousands at JD but won't be getting another penny from me. Appalling experience.dont buy from this company.

Ordered a pair of Jordan 1 mids they charged my card then 5 days later refunded my money and canceled my order. I called to find out why waiting for customer service over 1 hour just to be told they can do what they want.

They are frauded me They are frauded me, I ordered my shoes on February 21 and I received them with defects so I return them back, after almost 5 months still I didn’t receive my money back or my shoes. They totally ignored me and stole my money, so I am really disappointed

Shocking service, I ordered goods from them , they confirmed that it was sent to the wrong address,, but they told me to go there to pick it up , but the houseit was sent got have not got it ????? Then I was told I had to pay for the goods as they said it was sent to the address

I purchased a pair off trainers for my brother's birthday. I paid for a 2 day delivery. I never received the parcel at all and they refunded me the delivery fee. I sent and email saying that I have not received the delivery, as they send me a photo of someone opening the door. Baring in mind no one was home. They said it will take 72hours for the investigation to happen. It has taken them 4 days to with no reply and then it took for to call me them for a decision. They gave me a decision nsaying they have investigated it and that I will not be getting a refund. I have paid for a product that I have not received and also they had the cheek to say that I am not entitled to a refund.Absolite disgrace and you say yoi take your customer service seriously. Will defo not be using JD ever again. Do not order from them as if you do not get the delivery they still will not help you. I will be raising this issue with my bank and also be sharing this as well

Trainers from jd sports always arrive damaged and the box destroyed. Customer services are rude and don't care. Don't buy from them as all other companies send the trainers double boxed to prevent this.

The Customer Service is atrocious and seems to be run by primary school kids. They take 2 days to reply to every email even after the first instance has been replied too. So it can take a week for something that could be so simple. No phone number that I could find to just talk to someone directly. Order got lost somewhere along the way even tho they told me it would be ready for collection in 48 hours. Complete joke. Not the first time that the shop is also too lazy to scan in your order so you never get the update the order is ready to collect. Overall a complete bunch of unprofessional service

I am a support worker for learning disabilities I ordered a client a pair of trainers on line from JD sports when they arrived the client was unable to get them on as they very small fitting so a staff member and the client took the trainers to JD sports shop in Newcastle for a refund the shop assistant would not refund the money as they said the trainers had been worn outside support the ask to see the manager and she explained to him the client was unable to get the trainers on so how she could walk out side in them is impossible after heated .worlds the manager said he would let them off this time as a gesture obviously the trainers had been delivered to another customer 1st and they returned them then the staff dealing with returns did not inspect the trainers at that point and they were sent out again and this poor client with a disability has been blamed for the soiled goods.

Encomendei uns NIKE Air. Por razões profissionais estive fora da cidade de residência. Quando consegui voltar passadas 3 semanas da chegada da encomenda experimentei os sapatos e verifiquei que estavam apertados pelo que fui á loja da marca no CC Alegro, onde me disseram que a devolução NÃO TINHA QUALQUER PROBLEMA MAS, não tinha nada a ver com eles (?!) e teria de ser online, explicaram-me que teria de usar a guia de devolução que vinha com os sapatos. Nessa guia está escrito, em letras minúsculas, que as entregas de Março e Abril podiam ser devolvidas até fim de Maio. Fiquei descansado pois aparentava que teria cerca de 3 meses de prazo para a devolução. Acontece que AFINAL o prazo de devolução eram 30 dias e como tentei fazer a devolução aos 35 dias FIQUEI PENDURADO pois NÃO ACEITARAM A DEVOLUÇÃO mesmo apesar de inúmeras insistências através do suposto (des)apoio ao cliente. Agora tenho uns sapatos pra "cozer com batatas" por causa de 5 dias, :( onde a guia de devolução e a senhora da loja, me induziram em erro com um prazo de 3 meses. NÃO GOSTEI mesmo nada DO TRATAMENTO,!! frases feitas a lamentar mas o dinheiro esta do lado deles e eu com um produto que não me serve para nada. Eles podem atrasar-se por varias razões incluindo a pandemia, mas o cliente não se pode atrasar nem um minuto num prazo que anunciam de 3 meses mas afinal é RIGOROSAMENTE 1 mês ! Mentirosos, injustos! ARROGANTES , prepotentes ! com palavras pseudo simpáticas !! MUITO POUCO HUMANO, nUNCA MAIS LHES COMPRAREI MAIS NADA !!! é daquelas lojas que é melhor FUJIR !! Pedi-lhes o NIF e nome da empresa em Portugal para preencher o LIVRO de RECLAMAÇÕES online. DEIXARAM de RESPONDER aos mails. Ao fim de 4 mails repetidos a insistir, responderam a dizer que não sabem, que não têm, portanto não se pode reclamar oficialmente !!! é daquelas lojas que é melhor ter MEDO e FUJIR !! o cliente para eles é ZERO !!!

My order of trainers was left on my doorstep and when I returned home they had been taken. I called customer services who said they would need to investigate but it seemed obvious that the driver should not leave a £120 pair or trainers on a doorstep open to anyone. I chased for an answer many times and eventually they said it had been declined and that was the end of the matter and refused to give any further explanation. I have now spent £120 and I don’t have a new pair of trainers. Right from the start to the end, it has been an awful experience and I will never shop with JD Sports again and urge anyone to buy from somewhere else

I've placed an order which was confirmed on 25.05.2021 with number 500451752 and you estimated delivery date on 31.05.2021 and till today 14.06.2021 nothing and only god knows if i will get my order

I ordered trainers off them in March and they didn’t fit so I returned them through parcel connect three months later the parcel is still not returned and I have still not got my money back I paid 108€ for them.

Placed order over a week ago on the JD ie site and paid €5 delivery total €29. Got confirmation email and after a few days when I did nor get a dispatch email I made contact by the on line contact link. Got no response therefore I put a review on trustpilot and the following day got a response that they send to everyone. They say contact them for help by an email link which I did. They ask for my email address and order number all of which they had and I had already provided the information in my query including the delivery address, so why waist time asking for information they had. After one hour on the chat link and more stupid questions I was told they had refunded €25 because of a problem with stock. I pointed out that I had paid €29 why only refund €25 she then said sorry my mistake it was 29. I asked was it one or two refunds and why they had not contacted me or why take my money if no stock. She said she did not know. However on checking the JD ie website the same top I ordered was still on sale and saying in stock. It would appear this is a Scam to get your payment and they never intend to provide the goods. The refund has not gone back to my card yet, by the reports and reviews by others this is a common problem with JD ie. It is time a claim through the courts was made to stop the rip off. Best to avoid JD and buy from another store who value customers. I also see reports where they have high-jacked peoples email accounts.

4 or 5 orders in the last few months, 3 of them had issues costing me more money to repair (badges I paid extra for, falling off. As well as sponsor print too). When I contacted customer support after the 3rd error and the shambolic quality of the shirts, they offered me a fraction of the cost as a refund. Worked out less than the cost of both sets of badges that were ruined, before counting the sponsor print however much that costs. After about 10+ back and forth messages, one time where 2 of the customer service agents were having the same conversation with me because of how their system works. Still no resolution and stuck with their products because If I send it back I can't get a replacement due to no stock because of the late arrival by 3-5 days depending on the order... Feel like I'm talking to a brick wall, after spending the guts of £200+ over 5 different orders and they have absolutely no intention of providing a service worth it. I'll not be back at JD sports, I've found shops with them cheaper and more detail, no brainer.
