“My order was lost during delivery (to store). I was waiting for 7 days. JD customer service said that replacement will be sent out and ready to collect next day from the store. Now it's been 8 days since I ordered and it still not there. Another call to JD customer service and new info: it will take 3-5days to deliver it to the store of my choice. Now total delivery time is 10-12 days. ... unacceptable nobody said sorry.”
