“Purchased a tracksuit top yesterday it stated £35 on label they charged me £55 for it, attempted to take it back today with a receipt which stated the day/time/card payment and amount when I purchased it apparently because i had left the reciept with a bar code on at home they wouldn't accept it back. I travelled 10 miles to return the item and 10 miles back home and have to do it all again tomorrow !! Disgusting I won't be shopping here again . The staff wasn't helpful at all!”

“Ordered a personalized football shirt on wed, for a birthday on Tuesday it arrived today nothing on it. Called them to complain and was asked to take it 10 miles to their nearest store to return it for a refund. So angry and disappointed I cannot recommend them to deliver what you ordered, especially at this time of year with Christmas coming. Do yourself a favour and find a sports shop that will personalise in store. It defeats the purpose of online shopping I know but at least your guaranteed what you asked for.”
