“My order was lost during delivery (to store). I was waiting for 7 days. JD customer service said that replacement will be sent out and ready to collect next day from the store. Now it's been 8 days since I ordered and it still not there. Another call to JD customer service and new info: it will take 3-5days to deliver it to the store of my choice. Now total delivery time is 10-12 days. ... unacceptable nobody said sorry.”

“Was confused by sizing chart, ordered UK 10 when I needed a US 10. JD would not assist with return shipping and I was stuck with the shoes. Shipping would have costed me more than the shoes themselves. I just think that's shitty business and assured I would never buy anything from them again.”

“This is the second time i have wasted my money with this joke of a company , first time i ordered my order was 4 weeks late due to a fault by jd ... this time I’m furious ordered £90 worth of products to be told it has been dispatched 5 days ago , then to receive an email to say my order has been refunded ? With of course NO EXPLANATION ! I’m furious as this was a gift for my son & i now have to wait again for a refund , what an absolute joke of company i will never spend money with you again !”

“The shop assistants x3 ignored us in preference to what appeared to be a friend whilst we were attempting to try on a pair of trainers. We eventually tried them on with disinterested staff. Poor service.”

“The worst experience ever. I ordered trainers over 2 weeks ago they were not in stock but JD still took my money. They were a gift for my son. Being a single parent I could not afford to buy them again elsewhere as I was awaiting JD to refund me. I contacted them again Saturday the 14-07-17 and was assured my refund would be in within 3 days. 18-10-17 guess what no refund, so I contacted them again today and now they have only done this today as previously there incompetent staff did it incorrectly. Well its my sons Birthday today and how embarrassing that I cannot give him his trainers as JD still have my money and I am a single Dad. JD offered me 10% off my next order, yeh right I would never ever order from them again even if it was 50% HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON IM SORRY I HAVENT GOT YOU A PRESENT JD STOLE YOUR PRESENT”
