WARNING. Do not buy from this store! I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size. I have tried to contact them three times about this and they havn´t replied.

Ordered a pair or trainers at the end of August they have never been delivered and still not had a refund after several phone calls

I've placed my order with JD sports over a month ago and it hasn't even been accepted or shipped out. I've attempted to contact customer support but they've been close to useless. My recommendation is to steer clear of JD sports entirely and buy whatever you need elsewhere. They are slack and have extremely poor customer service.

We went on a Saturday at 7 o'clock for a pair of trainers and it was awfull the staff were realy slow and clueless. We asked for a pair of trainers in a large size, after 30 minutes a member of staff came and told us that the size we wanted was unavailable and not to mention it wasn't even the lady that we asked the shoe for. We would never recommend JD trafford centre to anyone!

Not even worse 1 stars. I ordered 2 times. Every times it have to be some problem. I am still waiting for an email from JDsports. 6 days already and i still don't know where is my parcels ??? Not receive confirmation email for my order yet since day 1. And day 6, i try to contact everything they show on the website : phone ( not working number i thing), email ( just something like i will update you as soon as i can. And nothing get back to me), Facebook messenger ( they ask me to wait for 24-42hr so they trying to get the order despatched ???) Really ???? I will never ever buy anything from JDsports anymore. Soooo bad customer service

The supervisor there at JD SPORTS was extremely rude and aggressive behaviour was very unacceptable. Tried to purchase some good whilst also asking about an item missed priced. Lady supervisor decided to get rude and angry straight away. Left the store and never gone back again since.

I ordered a parcel with only 5 items and when the parcel game the items I ordered were wrong never shop from jd online again I am fuming

Order tracking not reliable, need to call the company to give additional info. longest delivery time span for it to arrive, customer service is bad. A tip for new customers(trust me), don't get things from here, you Wll be wasting your time and effort.

Would not even give them 1 star - Ordered online (football kit for my son's 10th birthday) to be collected from store. Received mail after a week saying its on the way to the store and will receive further info when available to collect within 5 days. 10 days passed and nothing - so went to the store to check and nothing had arrived. Called CS and was advised they will check and call back the next day. No one called back the next day and decided to email CS now. Again - only ack of mail sent but no responce. Called back CS after a few days asking for refund as not happy now (you can imagine trying to tell a 10yr old that the kit is on its way) - advised that they will check and call back but no reply yet. For reponce to the mail sent earlier - got a reply today that the order was in someone else name and they could not discuss it with me (what a joke) Still waiting ............

Hanley Stoke on Trent branch have staff with attitude problems.. Need to re-evaluate what customer service is all about. A smile goes a long way, not youngsters who talk to people in a disrespectful unpleasant manner. Someone somewhere needs to also re-evaluate the hiring process.

Bad customer service, give out fake tracking numbers and then told order lost. Obviously order stolen from staff. JD management not interested. Warning don't shop at JD sport.

Worst online experience ever. Trading illegally in my opinion. They advertise stock as available even though it's NOT!!! Bought 3 trainers at separate times, took my money and after 2 days states stock is not available. This is conning people of their time. I am going to go legal now. Had enough!!!!

Paid extra for next day delivery, only had the email to say it had been despatched the following day so obviously not going to arrive then. A week later still not arrived!! 3 emails in to the "24 hour customer care" who will "be in touch soon" but still nothing!! Countless phone calls into them to listen to the "blurb" about customer care etc. only to be cut off after 1 ring. Finally get through to find it's been sent back by the delivery as apparently they tried to deliver it 3 times!! Shocking service JD Sports. Get your act together!! 2.1 out of 5 is not good enough for a high street store I'm afraid!!

They accepted my online order and took my payment straight away. Next day they email to say they have cancelled because they can't fulfil the order, but don't give a reason. It will take up to 7 days to refund. Very poor service and bad policy to accept orders they can't fulfil for whatever reason.

Ordered an item in medium when arrived the delivery note stated medium but the item was actually an XXL. Sent several emails to get this sorted as needed for an holiday and alls they could do is send me a returns label so I could send it back.
