I would like to highlight the extremely poor service I received from your Reading store yesterday. My wife, one and half year baby and I vised your reading branch yesterday with a view of purchasing some trainers, having looked at all your options available I couldn't make up my mind so decided to delay this purchase and look around your store to see if there is anything that would interest me. I found a really nice t-shirt that I wanted to purchase and as one does I wanted to try it on before purchasing. I approached one of your sales staff as the fitting rooms were unmanned and requested if I could try on the tshirt to which I got a reply the fitting rooms are closed? the time approx. was around 5.20pm. I questioned as to why the fitting rooms are closed to which she replied back saying "look around the store, its a mess and I need to tidy it up before I go home so im not going to open the rooms up" I asked to speak to her manager as her attitude was very rude and was reluctant to help me. 5 Mins later a young female approached me and said she was the manager however she had snapped the key in the lock and couldn't open any of the doors. I questioned her asking if this was the case or was it simply that they didn't want me to try the tshirt on as they all wanted to go home. The discussion got out of control so I put the tshirt back and decided to leave the store and headed towards the lifts. As I was walking away, they all started to laugh at me really loud which I found really offensive and humiliating. I shouted back saying they should all grow up and its very poor customer service to which one of your members of staff replied back profanities towards my wife and child and then decided to start swearing at my mum! Next thing I know a young mixed raced gentleman came running up to the lift and starting banging on the lift door saying how dare to raise my voice and asked me to get out of the store. I was treated as if I had stolen something from your store, as I was walking out the same mixed race gentleman in white tshirt started shouting and distressing my child and while I was walking out kicked my trainers three or four times causing me to loose my balance. He was abusing me and making comments about my appearance and calling me a 12 year old with a old school gstar snapback cap. He kept of shouting really close to my face and I told him to move away as he had really bad personal hygiene. He made my wife and child cry. I have been purchasing all my sports goods from JD Sports but based on this experience I shall never ever return back to any of your stores. Your staff made my wife and little child cry. I am a professional individual who has lost faith in your establishment. I have never ever been treated in this manner before, no one has the right to upset my family and especially make them cry! I would request for this matter to be investigated and I want to be compensated for the physical and verbal abuse I received by your staff. I shall wait for your response before taking legal advice against this abuse.

Took payment including extra for next day delivery. Didn't deliver because order couldn't be fulfilled and said refund would take a week. Checked next day and same product still available for next day delivery which I believe is fraudulent as they are advertising something which cannot be fulfilled and taking payment.

Shocking customer service, continued to lie to me about a item I purchased for my upcoming daughters football training camp, I was told item has been dispatched one day & another day they did not print name & number on top, not sure tbh how it can be dispatched when item is not ready to be delivered. Customer services promised another call back & yet again it's me who had to chase them up again. Very disappointed daughter indeed

Impossible to speak to customer services. Telephone customer services and your call is cut off. Live chat is a waste of time as no one responds. Terrible service.

Terrible online shopping experience, I would not recommend the hassle to anyone. I purchased a pair of shoes online, only to have the money deducted from my account and receive no conformation email. I managed to get into contact with JD (miracle) and they sorted the problem out with me. The shoes arrived after about a week in a pretty heavily damaged box with a security tag left on one of the shoes.

Ordered next day delivery 6 days ago. Still cannot get through to customer service telephone as it keeps cutting me off. Order has now been cancelled without explanation (have checked all items are still in stock online) after promising it will be here today. Full of lies and timewasters!

No organisation what so ever on their website sales always gets cancelled. Do not buy anything online for JD Sports unless you want your time wasted. This has happened to my three times in a row.

Ordered a pair of trainers 12 days ago with expected delivery within 5 days. Shoes have still not arrived, the money is out of my account and no word back from customer service. I literally just want them to tell me what the problem is. I want updates on my order not stupid emails advertising sales and other items I could buy. Because I guarantee I will never purchase off JD Sports again.

Absolutely rubbish customerservices! After paying £125 for my trainers I choose store delivery thinking would be quicker and easier! I was very wrong after checking tracking updates it showed my delivery out for delivery and didn't get delivered! I had to make a dozen emails to find my delivery had been delivered days before hand. I then received email stating I was to get refund only for it not to arrive when I questioned this apparently system update deleted my message so was so proof and ignored when I offered to forwarded emails. Instead now offered £20 gift vouchers

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. ITEM NOT RECEIVED, CALLED AND EMAILED A DOZEN TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWERED NOR WERE THEY ABLE TO HELP THE TIME THEY DID ANSWER, IVE BEEN WAITING THREE WEEKS FOR A PAIR OF TRAINERS. THIS IS HILARIOUS FOR A COMPANY WHOM SPECALISE IN TRAINERS AND ONLINE SALE. RATHER DISGUSTED ABOUT THE AFTER SALES WHICH THERE IS NONE.

staff jd sports westfield are lazy, rude and unhelpful. Can't find any shoes at store so I bought online.. then I went to collect it in th store they cant find the items. Then the staff are angry because I keep asking for it.

I made 2 orders at 2 different times, money was taken from my account and order confirmation sent to my mail. All good so far, next day i got a mail telling me the product i have ordered and payed for was sold out. This happened to me 2 times, seems like problems with stock update or that they sell products that they don´t have...

Ordered a personalised Wales football shirt on line, on 21st June 2017, transaction was completed and delivery was advised within 3-5 working days, on 26th June I was sent an email with a tracking number saying my order had been dispatched, so presumably this meant my order was on its way? Then on 29th June I received another email saying that the goods cannot be supplied as they do not have the letter 'L' in their warehouse to personalise the shirt! Options given were to have the shirt without printing as requested or choose another players name! This is an absolutely pathetic situation, many football players names actually contain the letter 'L' so what choice? And why accept an order for goods you simply cannot supply? And why send an email saying the goods were dispatched, this was simply a lie! Why did it take 8 days to inform me that you cannot supply the goods! Complained to JD who completely failed to address it! And took 3 days to reply! Received an automated email saying my money would be refunded back into my account within 3-5 working days, appalling company, unreliable on line sales, hold on to your money and fail to produce the goods! will not use this company ever again, avoid at all costs

Oredered 2 pairs of sneakers. 1 pair got delivered fairly quickly but the other pair has not been delivered for 2 months now. Tried contacting customer service. They responded at first but now my jdsports account has been deleted and i beliueve that my 100 pounds are offically gone. WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!

I would not advise anyone to use jd sports delivery service. Not only did my order take over 2 weeks, I could it contact customer service through the phone, they did not reply to my e-mails, which I sent 7 e-mails in total. I could not track my order as it said it did not exist. I had to keep calling the store to see if my parcel had come. When it eventually came it was too late to use as it was a gift. Awful customer service.
