“Ive been waiting for my order for a month and a half now and havent received anything yet. They also have the worst customer service! You will jist get generic responses from their email. They dont do shit about your package. This site is a scam”

“JD Sports is the biggest joke of an online retailer that I have ever dealt with. I live in the US and have dealt with sneakers n stuff and end clothing and never had a problem. These goofs took my order and said it was dispatched one day later. I received my package 3 weeks later. No only was it late, but my sneakers were not double boxed, but shipped in a black trash bag. So unprofessional. My box was ruined and I made a complaint. No one has emailed me back. What a joke!”

“Made 2 orders online. Both orders went through but then emailed me that the item is out of stock. They Take your money for out of stock items. Very bad. Then you have to wait for refunds. Whatever is going on with their system it needs sorting before they lose more customers. Really bad service.”

“SCAMMERS!!! I ordered some EA7 joggers online was told between 4-5 working days it's been 18 days no EA7 joggers .. So I called them up and was told all sold out and I get a full refund guess what no refund! Now getting trading standards involved and will get my money back ..avoid avoid avoid all cost”

“Lies lies lies, oredered trainers for my daughter birthday, on first day late emailed them got message saying they would be in contact shortly, NO Contact!, so rang they apologised for being late, gave carriage refund and guaranteed I would receive order next day without fail, surprise surprise did not come, so rang again, this time was told that the order had not left yet, so cancelled order, and they said I would get an immediate refund, 8 days later order turned up, and they did not do refund, absolutely useless, I will never buy from JD ever again, I would strongly recommend you do not either.”

“They sold me goods,that they didnt haf in stock.This happend 3 times.Paid extra 5.99 pounds for next day delivery and refunds thay sending back takes week.Its a joke.Not recommend for noone.”

“1 STAR SHOULD NOT BE EQUIVALENT TO POOR REVIEW. i could have given this online store a negative feedback. They say they pride themselves on taking care of customers and for having fast shipping (10 days to US) BUT I ORDERED 3/27/2017 and up until today I DONT HAVE MY ORDER. The tracking # they provide DOES NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A SPECIFIC TRACKING INFO bout your order. NO ESTIMATED delivery too. IF I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN I SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY. Repeat emails which are copy and pasted from the previous emails, how dumb is that?? I can read... and comprehend. POOR TURNAROUND time on replying to emails... then when they reply, they just say the same thing.”

“I placed an order and received an email that it was accepted and after 5 hours later I received confirmation text and than 12 hours later I received an email that it's out of stock. Jd sports offers no apologies what so ever. I'll never be coming back”
