Not even worth 1 star, gave my delivery to another house which I can't find anywhere and refuse to help with the problem or give my. Money back, worst customer service I have ever come across

Awful website and online service. You add items to your basket that say in stock in the size you require. You check out, choose your delivery method to store or home, pay for your items and then within 24 hours time you get partial refunds with no explanation. They don't reply to emails... A further 24 hours later you get a text to say your items are out of stock.. Excuse me JD Sports your website clearly said in stock and you allowed me to check out and pay. 3 times this has happened to me now, so I'm afraid you've lost me as a customer, you've lost me as a shopper for other people (family and friends) and word of mouth from me will be to stay well clear of you. Regards.

1 week after ordering some trainers and the order this hasn't been approved... Even though the money was immediately taken from my account.

Pair of Adidas last week was charged immediately. After receiving an email saying my order had been excepted and it's been just passed I try to track my package and it still shows that it's in Sweden and has only been approved. I emailed customer service and they gave me a new tracking number and it still only shows that it's in Sweden and it's not even in dispatch yet. it's been over a week that without my shoes I ordered these for a trip and I'll probably I have to get a refund. BEWARE

Very upset. Made a purchase on the nmds with many sizes available during my time. JD charges my card immediately and one week later tells me the shoes are out of stock. Funny thing is JD clearly states 1 pair per customer but those who ordered multiple pairs went through without a hitch. I lost money on currency exchange rate service charge on my credit card when it was JDs fault. Emailed customer service and got poor service. BUYER BEWARE. JD takes your money immediately and you may potentially lose money becausethey tell you a week later the product is out of stock. Other retailers charges when they ship. Jd charges when they dont have shi* in stock

Absolute shambles had to go into store 3 times to pick up an order as they had misplaced it but were saying that they hadn't received it. I then go and ask for a refund only to be told that 14 days had passed when only 12 days had actually passed. Don't think I'll be shopping with JD anytime time soon

I've had an awful experience with Jd sports, I'm a regular customer , having ordered a pair of trainers for my nine year old daughter , waited way over the delivery time. When i went in store , to finally collect them, they apparently were not there, even though I received a txt to say they had arrived. I was then told that the manager had accidentally returned them to warehouse, then told they were out of stock. Ordered another pair which then again were late and not there when, I Had the txt to say they were ready to be collected. After complaining a good few times I was offered a gift voucher of a Measley £10, apparently a 'good well gesture' which nearly 3 months later I still have not received. Disgusting shoddy service, very disappointing!!

Everyone associated with JDSports is a complete James Blunt. Crap trainers, crap delivery, crap everything. I hope you go into liquidation you muff munching apes!

Two pairs of trainers same problem. Ordered paid for waited weeks for then nothing had to e-mail them direct to even been informed of situation just a we don't care not out fault our website is rubbish attitude never use again

found a pair of trainers i want to order, GREAT! - click on add to basket, says choose size, i click on the only size available, and nothing works, not so great, guess i wont be getting that bargain. maybe a offer which looks nice on there site but you cant order ... good marketing ploy!

Placed an order on 29/01/2017 was out for delivery on the 31/01/2017 but no package was left at designated delivery address, Hermes tracking showed signed for. It has been now been three weeks and no products or money back!!!! Worst customer services! I still have not heard back from JD's with an update of my order as they have a policy of up to 14 days.

Adidas UltraBoost trainers order cancelled : JD sports has a rubbish website inventory system ! JDs amateur setup still allows customers to buy products when they are not in stock, and also takes your money even though the system knows they do not have the product. THIS IS 2017 ! STOP BEING CHEAP AND BUILD A DECENT WEBSERVER YOU GREEDY PEOPLE !

bought some shoes from JD online for delivery into my local store. after 3 weeks I got curious as to where the he'll they were, I was advised by email they were other for dispatch. another week passed and still no trainers, I therefore rang this time as 1 whole month is ridiculous when they advise you it takes 3-5 working days, I was told that something had gone wrong at the warehouse and they would refund my money usually takes 3 days. another week goes by and STILL no refund but an email saying my shoes had arrived. I went into store to sort the issue, and was told to take the shoes ring them back and I will get my refund. go home, the shoes were the wrong shoes anyway, and all battered in the box. I then call to find out about my refund and get told to take the shoes back and get my money back.. and they then say you'll have to pay us for delivering them back and then when I get extremely mad the person then says well to restore your faith if you spend £100 we will give you 10% off. what sort of idiots work for this company! never ever again will I get my shoes from here!

Bought something on sale. A week later they said the couldn't process my order. Got refunded the money I payed for the shoe, but not for the shipping. Scammed me for £7. The clearence page is probably just a scam scheme of somewhat, to lure in potential buyers, and profit of their unconciousness(spelling xD). I have forwarded the issue.

Terrible customer care team, it been more than 3 WORKING days and I've yet to receive any response from them. My order has passed 2 weeks and it's still "in warehouse", what kind of bloody company queue the item so long and not send it out? SCAM!

Why, when you order something on line can you not return the item direct to one of your stores? I ordered 3 pairs of boots for daughter so that she could see which ones fitted best. She chose one pair but despite driving out of town to a store to return them I was told I could only have a credit note! Ridiculous in this day and age. Most reputable companies allow you to return online items direct to store for a refund or at least pay for the return postage. It cost me £13 to send the other two pairs back! Sports Direct you need to get up to speed or you will lose customers like myself who will not buy from your company again.

Husband ordered pair of shoesfrom telford town centre branch,for my son.My son recieved a txt message saying either to bring bank card or ID to collect the order.My son is 11 years old.I showed them my ID and their txt to my son .The girl at reception asked forId of my 11*** yrs old son.They were not accepting MY driving licence ID .i spoke to manager who was dressed up like builder and had no clue as to how ti deal with this problem .I left the shop fuming returned layer there was another girl at the till who checked MY ID and gave us the shoes with NO Wuestions asked .PATHETIC SERVICE ON THE PART OF THAT girl on the till and the manager.VERY AARROGANT STAFF
