I filled up 3 times about my debit card information, and it pops up a window say that there was an error when attempting to pay. I feel like that is kind of scam.

Ordered trainers for my little boy online. Went to pick them up and the so called manager handed me a box with women's trainers in. As the trainer's were in the sale there were no more in stock. He said unlucky buy some other ones either full price or have a gift card. explained it was boys birthday and just wanted the trainer's that I bought.he gave me money back and said unlucky. Rang customer service and told me to drive 35 round trip to get some in stock.they could not get in touch with store so that just chance it and offered me a 15 pound gift card. Got to shop surprise!!! Non in stock .Spent an extra£20 to get similar trainers and nearly 4 hours of my 5 year olds birthday. Thanks for pleasurable experience JD whiterose centre. Don not normally complain but needed to get it off my chest. shopping at JD for year's but don't think so anymore ????

Dont order from this company - they take your money and dont give any explanation as to why your order has been cancelled and undelievered!! never again

Terrible customer service I ordered some adidas superstars last week got two email first advising they are checking my order and will send email once my order has been checked then I received email advising my order was excepted. However on Saturday got an email from PayPal advising JD Sports had refunded my payment but never received an email or explanation from JD Sports as to why the refund was made. Have tried calling the head office but call gets cut off have sent email no reply. Very disappointed as these were a Birthday present for my nephew as it's his birthday on Wednesday but know I am without a present and money that I had put aside for the present because PayPal have advised it will take 5-7 days for money to reach my PayPal account then another 3 days to transfer to my current account. Still no explanation from JD Sports such a big company but yet so unprofessional. Would appreciate if you could reply to my email JD Sports.

I am horrified with the level of service at JD I have spent in total of over an hour on the phone to customer services who then put me through to a senior manager who was so rude to me and put the phone down! I ordered a tracksuit on the 28th of December to which I'd waited two weeks to be delivered and then to find out that the packaging had been damaged and being held at Hermes after a phone call I'd made to them last week they said it would be delivered to me, I have still not received my package and has just been palmed off with a £10 off gift card! I am extremely unhappy with JD and there level of care for customers!

I ordered something from JD to Dubai on the 27th of December. It was supposed to arrive in 6-10 days. The tracking on their website didn't work and I had to contact them asking where it was because it had been two weeks since the day of dispatch. They gave me an external tracking link with reference and that hadn't even been updated since the 30th where its been stuck on "in transit" for two bloody weeks. They are asking me to wait to just a week longer and then contact them again so they can "investigate". After seeing these reviews I know nothing is going to progress neither am I going to receive my package, will ask for a full refund after this one extra week period. A complete and absolute joke, practically scamming customers.

Ordered trainers at Christmas as a present box was trashed and come apart staff in store put them in a bag and handed them over knowing full well the condition went back to complain and they were not interested and another time after Christmas very poor customer service!!!

Ordered online on Tuesday received order confirmation and money was taking from my bank account. Thursday recieved an email telling me my order was cancelled and to find out why I have to contact them. Called the phone numbers provided and after a few tries got through only to be told item is out of stock and to get my money back it will take 3-5 working days. Avoid buying from this company at all costs. They are scammers

Ordered trainers for Christmas and brought through PayPal. Never recived item so asked PayPal to step in. They said there was a tracking number but they never came. And PayPal took it no further. So I lose £100 .....stay away from them, scammers .....

Ordered a pair of trainers online on Monday, received conformation email, JD Sports, took money from my bank account .. Friday I recieve email telling me they're out of stock!! its disgusting. plus I have to wait 3-5 days for refund

I was trying to order an item from the sale but once added to my basket it didn't display the correct sale price and was displaying a completely random price (wasn't even the original price of the product). After numerous efforts to get the price to display the sale price nothing would make it change. For something that should cost me £15 instead of £25 I was nearly tricked into paying £30... with postage ontop! Definitely won't be ordering my desired product nor any other product on the website.

Went to Templars Square in Crowley, I wanted to buy a couple of pairs of running shoes. gave the ones I wanted to a member of staff, so 15 minutes went by, and then I received the trainers, I asked him if he had any inner soles for protection, he replied no, but next door sell them. Which I found peculiar knowing I'm in a sports shop, and they didn't have any to try with the trainers, 1 pair they didn't have in my size , which wasn't a problem, so I asked for another pair,I was waiting another 5 minutes, and then the tall guy told me someone else would be getting my trainers, 15 minutes, no sign, a further 10 mins still no sign of my trainers coming, so I went to the till to speak with the manager, and he said you will have to wait as it's Christmas (30th).... it's busy. So I waited another 10 minutes, so I decided to go inter Sports where I met a young member of staff called Liam, and they were busy, but Liam asked me what specific trainers I was looking for, so I told him, well the experience from this young guy was absolutely flawless, he took the time with me to make sure I was getting the right running shoes, and I said to him, why are you so passionate in selling trainers, and he responded with, I use to run a lot myself so I want the best for my customers, wow fantastic. Maybe the staff from JD Sports should go to inter sports and learn from Liam how to sell, including the manager with the orange trainers. Anyway I ended up spending £236, plus 2 pairs of air Orthotics.

I got a pair of trainers as a Christmas present but the number wasn't the right one. When I went to the shop to get an exchange they didn't have my number, the staff member told me to queue up and ask at the counter to order online. Once it's sales I had to wait for about 40 minutes at the queue with my 2 months old baby for them to say that they wouldn't do that for me! At the end I got so frustrated that I just wanted a refund and rather shop somewhere else.

Well it looks like my experience has been the same as everyone else , shocking ! Bought some tracksuit bottoms before christmas for our son , couldnt try them on because changing room was out of action ( actually full of stock ) Took them back on tuesday 27th , also bought another pair but couldnt try them either because the changing room was being used for stock ! got to till to be told we couldnt exchange them until thursday and that we should have read our reciept ! Really ? 30 mile round trip , parking and fuel costs , the wrong size in one hand the right in the other and they wouldnt exchange them . They didnt want there tills held up with refunds or exchanges hence the change of policy over christmas , sod there poor customers its all about taking as money as quick as possible simple as that . Disgusting , if i could give less than one star i would . Paul thomas.

Absolute joke. I had a pair of joggers purchased for me for christmas. When I tried them on they had a small hole in. Wasn't very noticable bit not the point. Then I'm not able to exchange the pair to the 28th don't sell damaged goods

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! - my 11 year old daughter purchased a full price addidas tracksuit top today at Meadowhall £55... only to find the size she thought she had purchased was wrong on the hanger and it was 2 sizes smaller. Went back to swap for the correct size and they would swap it for her! Said we had to come back tomorrow..we live 2 hours away! Went to ourl local store to be told the same story.. is it not consumer rights to be able to exchange your purchase within 14 days he sports? And not anywhere in the stores was it displayed saying no exchanges? Quite happy to take the money to hit your targets though. Won't be shopping here again
