“Clothes don't last 5 minutes one wash and holes start to appear I find this happens a lot with the nike clothes they are overpriced and poor quality”

“I was refused the opportunity to purchase a football shirt marked at £30 as it was supposedly incorrectly marked! There was another the same price, but apparently their policy is that there must be 3 marked 'incorrectly' for them to sell at that price. I asked for a refund on my £36 purchase and while this was processing, was told to 'shut-up' by the supposed manager, 10th June 2017, Newtownabbey store. After I left some friends who were still in the store heard staff refer to me as a 'bitch.' So much for good customer service and being able to purchase an item at the marked price.”

“AWFUL SERVICE NEVER SHOP HERE!!! Almost 4 weeks ago I placed an order. After 1 week I had no email saying it was received in store. I emailed customer service, they confirmed it was there. I went to the store - turns out it doesn't exist - why was this even an option on the website? I called, I emailed multiple times - no response even after several days. Where is my order and where is my money??? Finally get through to someone on Twitter, they give me no apology, said I should go to a further away store that THEY CAN'T even get in contact with, to pick up my order. Eventually I get an apology, but a very minor one. I asked for a refund 9 days ago, and I have been told today that the warehouse haven't responded. What on earth is going on???? Please don't put yourself through the stress I've been through - shop somewhere else. I've never had worse service in my life.”

“The online tracking system is not clear, or faulty. I had the same issue when I made an order earlier this year. I couldn't track the item and the it took a total of 10 working days to arrive even though their standered delievry policy is 3 to 5 working days.”

“Ordered a pair of Timberland, click and collect in store. Shoe arrived dirty, and was refunded immediately. A few days Later, I ordered a pair of Adidas slides, paid for next day delivery, Received an email the following day saying order cancelled. Waist of time and incompetent .”

“Ordered a Nike Jacket. Waited for 4 days and I saw that my order was in a warehouse. I had decided to use their Live Chat feature to ask if they deliver on Sundays. To my surprise, it turns out my order was cancelled. They said it was due to insufficient stock and 'they update their website every few minutes' This is a pisstake as 1) they never told me my order was cancelled and I had to find out myself. 2) it said 'in stock' and they mislead you and then proceed to take your money. Never order from this store again.”

“ordered nmd's from the site when it said it had my size in stock, day later i get an email saying the size is out of stock and my order is cancelled. i have not been refunded yet and still waiting for a response from customer service. avoid shopping at this shit place, hopefully they'll give a refund.”

“Don't waste your time, my other half finally got me to look through the website with her as I could never be bothered before, after about an hour of making our shopping cart they decided to block me at the checkout.
