Very disappointing, make the order and did not send half of the goods. Reordered 1 one week ago and not delivered yet , no email send and the app crashes every time i go to my order details, also the web site not working properly. i have to go to check in store if is delivered.

I ordered a pair of trainers online and paid for them, then I get message saying it'll be 5 days until I can pick them up instore? What?! This is 2017, if you can't do Next Day Click and Collect, then get out of the business. I order from M&S, Waitrose, Boots etc, the item is ready to collect the next day. Always. I suspect seeing as they charge £6.99 for next day delivery, it's designed as a rip off. I would suggest the relevant bodies look into this, as it's obviously against the interest of most customers.

Always used to order there now can no longer order from online because they keep refunding my money saying there's a problem with my order

I bought at Gatwick airport an item and the staff promised me that if the size wasn't right, I could return it to any of your shops. Unfortunately, the size wasn't right and I tried to return it to the JD shop in Clapham Junction (store 554). Unfortunately, the staff at Clapham Junction did not want to refund me the money because at the airport I did not pay VAT. We called the customer service and I have been told to leave the item with them but the shop, still, did not want to refund me any money. I tried to engage with the customer service on via e-mail (my first email was from July 3rd) but they never got back to me with an answer and what is worse I have never received my money back! It is an abuse to ask customers to make it up for their internal processes. They should put in place a procedure to teach all their stores to manage returns without VAT. Also I find misleading to sell items at the airport, promising at customers that the item will be changed with no difficulties. I believe it is a technique for selling more at the Gatwick airport, but it should not be done at customer's expenses. I first notified you about this on the July 2nd, 2017. It is simply unacceptable that my complaint has not been addressed and I believe the issue should have been resolved by now that it is 19th August.

Terrible. No confirmation emails or texts. Order tracking says items delivered (I've not received them) no one will take ownership of your issue, either in customer services or in their stores, call and call and call, calls get answered and you have to listen to 2 minutes of blurb about how good their customer service is then it just hangs up because there is no agent available. When you do get to speak to someone they do nothing at all to help. Just promise to look into it and call you back and then don't. Emails never answered. Hopeless. Great business model though, effectively I've given JD an indefinite loan until i get my money back. If i ever do of course.

Click and collect- 3-5 working days?? I have been waiting two week now and still not heard anything, I look on the tracking bit and it's still 'on its way' ran out of patience

By far the worst experience I've ever had with an online order. Firstly they didn't process my order for a week and only noticed when I called numerous times asking where my order was! I paid tue premium for express delivery yet am still to receive my order 15 days past my order date. The worst thing is they 'forgot' to add my tracking number so I can't even track my parcel. I tried calling them, emailing them, contacting JD sports on both Facebook and Istamgram. All I received was generic replies, which they are yet to actually respond. I will never shop again at this disgrace of a store ever again. Avoid a nightmare and stay away from JD Sports.

Terrible. Ordered online, no confirmation email, been 7 days now and still says order received yet not accepted. Wrote to them via email and no reply to date. Don't waste your time or money. This is basically online fraud.

The parcel was lost. Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a pair of shoes on 17th July. The shoes was shipped from England to Australia. After two weeks I found that shipping information still leaves in 18th July and showed the parcel is still in transit. I sent an email to JD Sports customer on 4th August but they didn't reply me any useful information and just told me to wait. Until 9th August the day before yesterday that I received an email told me the parcel was lost in transit and advice me to refund or replacement. They I reply them to refund me as soon as possible. However, I didn't receive any reply email or information from JD Sports customer service. The worst order experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. My order was cancelled by JD Sport and I was not informed about it. I had to request For feedback… just to be told they had a security issue. ? although they received the fund. Due to the company policy they cannot inform me what’s the security issue. I would never deal with them again. Unprofessional and unnecessary inconvenience.

Bad cusotmer service the employee keep ignoring me , i went in to thir store one day I waited 1 hour for a pair of trainers the guy forgot about it and asked for the size again waited another half and hour still forgot the trainers. So i left the store with no trainers

My wife bought me a pair of shoes from one of there shops, she got me a size 9 1/2 which is the same size as all my other shoes, however when I tried them on they were a bit tight so I decided to take them back to the shop to exchange them for a size 10 but was told they would not change them for another pair without the box, I said I only want to exchange them for a larger pair of the same shoes so you can use the box from those to put the ones i'm returning in but he insisted that that was their policy and there was nothing they could do about it, I then picked up the return policy card they have next to the til and said where does it say they have to be returned in the box, all it says is that you must have the receipt for the item your returning, which I had. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit.

Ordered item never appeared after 2 weeks of phoning and emailing. Often I couldn't get through by phone as it hangs up when 'too' busy. I did speak to someone once but they were fairly hopeless. Finally they emailed me to say they had dispatched the item only to find on tracking that the so called item is still in transit seven days later. Initially I put in a complaint through paypal and now I have escalated this through a paypal complaint. Terrible customer service all round. I would hazard a guess, judging by their staff in the shop, that they employ young kids on zero hours contracts and leave their shops very understaffed. I would never buy anything from this shop as I think it's a rip off however my kids are teenagers and love their stuff.

I would like to highlight the extremely poor service I received from your Reading store yesterday. My wife, one and half year baby and I vised your reading branch yesterday with a view of purchasing some trainers, having looked at all your options available I couldn't make up my mind so decided to delay this purchase and look around your store to see if there is anything that would interest me. I found a really nice t-shirt that I wanted to purchase and as one does I wanted to try it on before purchasing. I approached one of your sales staff as the fitting rooms were unmanned and requested if I could try on the tshirt to which I got a reply the fitting rooms are closed? the time approx. was around 5.20pm. I questioned as to why the fitting rooms are closed to which she replied back saying "look around the store, its a mess and I need to tidy it up before I go home so im not going to open the rooms up" I asked to speak to her manager as her attitude was very rude and was reluctant to help me. 5 Mins later a young female approached me and said she was the manager however she had snapped the key in the lock and couldn't open any of the doors. I questioned her asking if this was the case or was it simply that they didn't want me to try the tshirt on as they all wanted to go home. The discussion got out of control so I put the tshirt back and decided to leave the store and headed towards the lifts. As I was walking away, they all started to laugh at me really loud which I found really offensive and humiliating. I shouted back saying they should all grow up and its very poor customer service to which one of your members of staff replied back profanities towards my wife and child and then decided to start swearing at my mum! Next thing I know a young mixed raced gentleman came running up to the lift and starting banging on the lift door saying how dare to raise my voice and asked me to get out of the store. I was treated as if I had stolen something from your store, as I was walking out the same mixed race gentleman in white tshirt started shouting and distressing my child and while I was walking out kicked my trainers three or four times causing me to loose my balance. He was abusing me and making comments about my appearance and calling me a 12 year old with a old school gstar snapback cap. He kept of shouting really close to my face and I told him to move away as he had really bad personal hygiene. He made my wife and child cry. I have been purchasing all my sports goods from JD Sports but based on this experience I shall never ever return back to any of your stores. Your staff made my wife and little child cry. I am a professional individual who has lost faith in your establishment. I have never ever been treated in this manner before, no one has the right to upset my family and especially make them cry! I would request for this matter to be investigated and I want to be compensated for the physical and verbal abuse I received by your staff. I shall wait for your response before taking legal advice against this abuse.

Took payment including extra for next day delivery. Didn't deliver because order couldn't be fulfilled and said refund would take a week. Checked next day and same product still available for next day delivery which I believe is fraudulent as they are advertising something which cannot be fulfilled and taking payment.

Shocking customer service, continued to lie to me about a item I purchased for my upcoming daughters football training camp, I was told item has been dispatched one day & another day they did not print name & number on top, not sure tbh how it can be dispatched when item is not ready to be delivered. Customer services promised another call back & yet again it's me who had to chase them up again. Very disappointed daughter indeed
