“Bought my last 4 cars from here. Very welcoming and good knowledge & variety of Ford vehicles. Peter the sales assistant does a great job in advising you. Got a great deal on my last Ford Kuga and very happy with my purchase.”

“I'm based in Northern Ireland and seen new transit custom pre reg for sale with Jennings and it was miles cheaper than I could get over in NI. Dealt with IAN TORBET in Middlesbrough who went out of his way to help and is a credit to his employers. Highly recommended R.magill”

“We dealt with Ian McCluskey who was a lovely guy and very helpful. After the dealership lost the keys and I couldn't pick my car up on the date, I gave some negative feedback which I now withdraw as Ian was straight in touch to sort it out. We are now very happy customers. Thank you Ian!”

“I bought some mud flaps for my Kia Ceed, they arrived within a few days (very quick). They are genuine Kia parts at a fraction of the cost from Kia main dealer. Very very pleased will buy again.”

“I purchased a fiesta from Jennings just before Christmas. I found them fantastic. My experience of car sales in the past has always been aggressive sales people, so was shocked at Jennings approach. I sent a query via their website, that was answered really quickly. When I got to the Gateshead branch Felix Maughan was really friendly, he used honest facts to sell the car. He was also very kind about my 04 reg corsa I was trading in, i wasn't expecting much trade in for it, but at other companies they normally insult or pick fault with your car to try and make you feel grateful for what they offer. The whole experience was fantastic, the car was serviced (even though not due for a month) and taxed for me picking it up and I was even sent a Christmas card, which I thought was a nice touch. I couldn't recommend them enough.”

“I would like to thank Mark Taylor at the South Shields Jennings Ford for yet again getting me the perfect car on a great 3 year deal. He always listens to what I need and gets me exactly what I need he has a great manor about him and is clearly a professional in his field I would reccomend anyone looking for a good deal on a Ford to visit this dealership and speak to Mark he never fails to impress and his understanding of the cars he sells is second to non. I left today with my new focus feeling very well looked after and that I had received the best customer service possible. Thanks Mark and the Jennings team keep up the good work and I will be back next time.”
