“My family and I are long term customers of Jennings Ford (Simonside). I work in customer relations and I can say that the team who dealt with my purchase, Jamie (Steel?) and in particular Peter Nesbitt were fantastic. They went over and above what was expected and displayed utter professionalism at all times. Queries were dealt with in a timely manner and I was thrilled by the bouquet of flowers (which I asked for tongue in cheek). I would (and have) recommended Jennings Ford (Simonside Branch) and this is based on the exceptional customer service and willingness to achieve the highest of standards at all times. I would like to thank Peter and Jamie for all of their help and, would also request that this feedback is sent directly to the Director of Ford so they are aware of the excellent work their staff do. “Fabulous experience - best I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was friendly, efficient and asked lots of questions to narrow down exactly what I wanted. He was very sure to make me at ease and at no point did he attempt to sell me something that I did not want. The car I eventually bought was absolutely fab and I love it. I would definitely go back to the Kia Jennings Washington garage again.”

“As a long time customer of Jennings for both new and used cars I find myself in a situation where it is unlikely that I will deal with you again. Imagine my discontent when I purchased my most recent Mazda to be told at the last minute that I could not pay the balance on my debit card yet I paid the deposit on my debit card and paid the balance on a Kia in November 2016. to yourselves This inconvenenced me greatly. I would welcome any subsequent conversation. T J Barrett”
