“Mark was very good not pushy at all which is what we like. The only thing is we agreed that we would purchase the van with a new set of floor mats in with the price. We are still waiting for these. Rang again today but Mark said there was a backlog in the order. Hopefully they might come in next Monday/Tuesday.”

“Chris Jennings was very empathetic when I was exchanging my late husbands car for a smaller car he did not use any hard sell techniques nor did he bombard me with telephone calls he was efficient and professional and a pleasure ti Make a purchase with . My daughter was also impressed when she had reason to call in a few days after the purchase that he remembered her name and used it when speaking to her - another sign of great customer service well Done Chris”
