I wouldn`t exactly state that I was happy. The business of purchasing a vehicle was concluded successfully but not once was there any effort by the sales staff to make me feel as though I was doing them a favour. I paid a lot of money for the vehicle and not once was I thanked. It even took nearly 2 weeks for the car to be given it`s first service even though that should have happened 3 months previously. They then collected the car , drove 100 miles there and back and didn`t put fuel in it. In fact, thinking about it I should really change this review to poor. Offering a cup of coffee is not the way to go about selling cars.

The ordering process was very easy. One part was out of stock but they kept me fully informed by phone regarding delivery which was indeed next day.

Your sales exec. couldn't do enough for us Ian McClusky was fantastic, how a car salesman should be. He never pushed us or applied pressure, answered all our questions and did what he said he would do regarding the car we purchased. cannot fault you as a company. The whole experience from walking through the salesroom door to purchasing my bike was a pleasure. Scott led me through all my queries with a friendly and professional manner and he demonstrated not only a wealth of knowledge of the brand but a huge passion for Harley Davidson too. "Poor communication & lied to and at no time did I feel customer service was even thought about let alone delivered.\r\nFailed to order parts when was told they had been. Told you were an official mountune performance dealer you aren't. \r\nWas told you couldn't set up finance without me being at the dealership then without informing me you set up finance. I have purchased 20 cars from \u00a3600 - \u00a365000 & never have I felt so frustrated & infuriated during a purchase. "
