“Firstly I rang and spoke to Nicola to make an appointment for the following day to view a car a had seen online, Only to be told when I arrived at the garage the time we agreed the vehicle had been sold, I thought it would be company practise to contact the customer to avoid disappointment and give good customer service. I felt annoyed at this point but Gary the sales assistant turned my visit into a positive one by finding another vehicle of likeness which I then purchased. He was very helpful from start to finish and made me a happy customer.”

“I was really impressed with the whole set up, A very clean sales yard and a clean and bright showroom. I was extremely happy with Mark Taylor who I found to be a very pleasant gentleman, knowledgable and professional. He really made everything very straight forward, explaining the paperwork as we were going through it. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to continuing my relationship with Jennings and most of all, with Mark. Thank you for a truly satisfying experience. Trevor Bilton”

“Looked after by Eddie in the South Shields branch and he was fantastic, from the first hello to the handing over of keys this morning. Gave us options we hadn't considered and more than happy with the outcome. They made it easy as possible and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.”
