“My original enquiry was responded to within a minute! Our experience with Jennings was painless and very productive.. Within the space of seven days we found, test drove, agreed a price for trading and purchased an excellent car from their vast range. The service was exceptional and the sales representative, Ian Phillips took as much time as was needed to explain everything in admin terms and also in practical terms with the new car. Nothing was too much trouble and that made the process completely stress free. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to return to Jennings in the future should that be necessary. Parking was slightly difficult due to building work but that's to be expected. I'm sure that it will improve in the coming weeks and months. Well done Jennings best wishes John and Lyn Proud North Yorkshire”

“This was the 2nd Ford Direct car which I have bought from Jennings, Did not see either car before delivery each deal including valuation of the car (good offers) being traded in were done over the phone after finding the cars on Ford Direct internet. Both when they were delivered looked brand new. Great service and thanks this time to Stuart Thorpe whom I dealt with. I.Howe”

“I was really pleased with Peter the sales executive he could not have been nicer to us when we went to look at the car. The service we received was great they arranged a time to pick the car up and kept it, never tried to sell us loads of extras and were great. I would reccomend him to anyone”
