The service from Paul Pellegrino was, as always, outstanding. He went the extra mile to source a lease car for me to enable me to get back on the road since DWP reduced my Motability allowance. The only thing that was not good was the delivery of the vehicle which was not on the date given. This was not Paul's fault. It was the delivery from the port that took time.

We were made to feel welcome and that our custom was appreciated. Everyone we came in contact with during the buying experience were both friendly and approachable while giving us the confidence that we were buying from a professional person who could answer all of our questions and certainly was willing to go the extra mile even to having the towbar fitted for us which was a really big help. When we collected the car it had been prepared and presented beautifully and our thanks go to the whole team and in particular to Alan Platten for his knowledge and patience going through all the intricate features and even setting up the Bluetooth for my phone. Thank you all.

Accessories were fine precisely as ordered but delivery was a joke firstly delayed by courier with a vague reason advising the house number was incorrect (which it wasn't) then had to go to local supermarket to pick up order despite no evidence that anyone had been at my address. I ordered a spare wheel from an online outlet in Manchester at the same time I ordered from Jennings and the wheel was delivered the next day - 2 days before I self collected the Jennings order.

Fair pricing. Bought without viewing first but vehicle was exactly as described. No hard sale on extras. All friendly members of staff we had contact with.

I can not fault the service i received from Jennings when i purchased my ford fiesta, from the moment i was introduced to Ian McCluskey he couldn't have been more helpful, he talked me through everything i asked about, all in all a great experience.
