“The overall service from start to finish was excellent. There was no pressure for the sale and good knowledge from salesperson regarding the vehicle. This was the first sale for Natalee and an excellent job in completion. I would recommend Jennings Sunderland to all. The level of customer service was at a much higher level than other car sales company previously experienced.”

“Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I have been a Motorbility customer now for 9 years and have just collected my 4th car. Paul Pelagrino(Dunston, Gateshead) has always assisted me, making sure that I was happy with new technology and also explaining small details. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing assistance. I had a follow up call a few days ago checking I was happy .”
