“Haven’t picked up my new car as it hasn’t been delivered yet, but I couldn’t thank Richard White enough for everything he has done! It’s great to walk into a car garage and actually feel welcome etc. When I first passed my test a few year back and I was looking for my first little car, I went to a few other garages and it just felt like they were being far too pushy. I came to the Kia garage and Richard was spot on, spoke me through everything, he went above and beyond to get me my little car which is why I’ve came back to the same garage and to the same sales man again as I really couldn’t fault him, I’m so confident that my new car which I pick up on Friday is everything Richard described it to be! Thanks again Richard! Top man 👍🏽”

“This will be my 4th Ford from Jennings in Gateshead . I have dealt with Keith Morton on many occasions and he has always been very helpful especially this time, as it was a difficult choice between a Cmax or Fiesta depending on which would be best for my wife to drive. The fiesta was chosen and we are very happy with it. Also Alex the salesperson took us through all the neccassary documents and handled the change ove in a professional manner”

“This is the fourth car I've bought from Jennings and third from same Salesman (Mark Taylor). I seem to have a good business relationship with the company and get a decent part ex deal when changing cars. I am also happy with the spec of the cars I purchase. I also get on pretty well with the staff in the service dept also.”

“Salesman (Marcus) listened to me as regards to what I required and we then went through the process of building the car l required and he talked me through different things on the new model.l have delt with Marcus before and he has always been polite and curious and not pushy.Very well satisfied with the car handover and explained different things on the new car 10out of10.”
