“I received excellent customer service from Jennings. Everything was easily explained to me regarding the purchase. The car was ready to collect on the day stated and the salesman showed me the workings of the dashboard controls etc. i would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them again and would highly recommend Jennings if you are wanting to buy a vehicle.”

“Received my Ford Fiesta yesterday and so far I am delighted with the car. Communication with Jennings was very good and I received a phone call confirming date and approx. time for arrival of vehicle and the delivery driver took the time to explain everything. Thank you.”

“Richard at your Washington branch was both courteous and professional ... he took his time explaining all the ins and outs of the numerous forms and information involved in the sale .... I got a detailed introduction to the vehicle's main controls ect and In addition he set up my phone and radio for me which was nice. .... all in all it was a trouble free purchase.”

“I was very happy with the service I received from Peter who delivered all that he promised The only thing I am not happy about and that is more about the service from KIA. There are no spare wheels in stock yet for this new model and I think that is unacceptable”

“Sales guy Maz was great none of the usual jargon you expect he put us at ease straight away so felt very comfortable with the whole process. Shame he was nt there at the end to complete handover however again no issues everything was great.”

“I have always bought new Fords and therefore have considerable experience of dealing with a range of Ford dealers. My experience at Jennings was one of the best, Gavin Lintern, the Sales Executive who dealt with me throughout the process of purchasing my new car was excellent. He was very attentive, helpful and informative and explained the various documents carefully and patiently. He ensured that when the car was handed over, all of the relevant information about various features was carefully explained to my wife and myself. He is an excellent ambassador for Jennings and the Ford brand.”
