“I ordered a roof rack, on receiving it, found it was the wrong one, it was my mistake. I contacted Jennings motors, explained my error. They sent me the right one, that I should have ordered in the first place, and took back the wrong one at no extra cost. Many thanks.”

“First time I have made a online purchase from Jennings. I was a bit sceptical that they would have item required in stock as stated on the website (as no one else on the web was showing stock) but order went through easily and goods received two working days later. Delivery company used kept us well informed of progress and took note of our requested requirements. Overall we received a First Class service. Will definitely use again when need arises. Thanks to all in the sales/supply chain.”
