“When the dog got a hold of my husband's Beats by Dre I was beyond frustrated. After 3 failed attempts to find a repair option I was beginning to think they were bound for the garbage. Thankfully I found Joe's! There customer service was fantastic. Answered all my questions and gave easy to follow instructions. They clearly communicated their repair process including easy payment method. I highly recommend them.”

“Joes GE fixed the battery terminal on my expensive Beats noise-canceling headphones for a very reasonable price. After trying unsuccessfully to find someone locally to fix them, I decided to do a search online. I was nervous to send them across the country, but the positive reviews convinced me. I was also reassured by their excellent communication--from my initial call to ask them questions to all their follow-up emails at every step of the process--receiving the initial order form, then the headphones, letting me know the repair was finished and the cost, that they had shipped, and then were delivered. The service was fast too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need another repair.”

“Joes fixed my Beats headphones quickly and returned them promptly. About 18 months later, I had the same problem recur with one side not producing sound. I emailed Joes, and even though the warranty on their repair work had expired nearly a year earlier, Joe immediately agreed to fix them again completely free of charge. I have had no problems since, and that was several years ago. I would definitely use them again--they stand behind the quality of their work and put customer service first.”

Their knowledgeable and courteous staff answered my many different questions, asked at different times with quick and direct answers. “What an experience !!!!. My beats got broken, I went to apple store and just to see them they were charging a crazy amount, I look online and I find Joes Ge repair, I had some doubts and I called Joes team, since the first moment in the conversation they explain the easy process and steps to send and repair my headphones, an hour later they give me a call back, and ask if I had any questions, once again SERVICE, the process toke a week and my headphones were sent back like a brand New, thank you to Joes GE team great job.”

We sent an invoice and didn't receive a payment for three months. When we called four times and left voicemail we didn't get any calls back.
