“These guys are awesome! I went to use my Beats Pill 2 one day, after being packed away for a while, and discovered the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore. One recommendation I have is that it would be useful to include instructions on setting up the product for example: I ordered a Fitbit for my boyfriend but it came with no instructions (we figured it out in the end), but we were confused and it took a bit to figure out.”
