“Sent my power beats 3 in with the typical problems everyone has with them and for a cheap price I was able to finally use my headphones without them randomly turning off and not working for days on end, I have tested my beats through sweaty workout sessions and even worked out with them in the rain and they are still working flawlessly, Joes GE is definitely a place I’ll continue to send in tech that I have issues with!”

“When I broke the screen on my Apple watch contacted several local "repair" shops and decided to let one fix it. I paid upfront, they kept it for 2 months and never got it fixed. I found Joe's on a google search, filled out repair request, got a quote (half the price of the other repair shop), followed shipping instructions, received an email telling me it was fixed, paid the bill and got my (repaired) watch back. The entire process took less than two weeks. I highly recommend Joe's.”

“super quick service! not going to lie, I was a little nervous when I found this site off of youtube, but my confidence has grown with JOE'S GE. I had a pair of Beats wireless headphones I rec'd as a gift for Christmas and I was super bummed out when they wouldn't charge, plus my volume button was falling apart.. the shipping was super fast, I think the whole turn around took maybe 1 week? very fast! communication was open and they let me know the process the entire way through.. I've recommended them to coworkers and I'd continue to send my electronics to Joes! they know what they're doing and I'll definitely leave it to the pros! super fair price! I wasn't ready to invest in a new pair of earphones so I was very pleased in being able to restore my gift. thank you Joe's Team!”
