“My Beats headset recently broke, so I went searching online for an alternative to taking them into an Apple store. I've already had a experience with Apple's repair process. I was delighted to find Joe's. I quickly browsed their site, checked out some of their videos and I was confident that they could get the job done. Their communication was excellent. I opted for text updates and along with the email updates. After a few days I had my headset back and ready to go. I've already told my friends about this site and I will definitely come back if I need a quick repair.”
