Thanks for existing I guess?! lol the part I needed was out of stock when I initially checked, but I called ya'll up and had a very nice chat with one of your guys who assured me they were getting more power controllers and to check next week and if they weren't in stock then to give ya'll a call back. sure enough they were in stock. I ordered it up and followed the instruction, wam bam thank you ma'am my megaboom was megarockin in no time.”

“The ear hook on Beats3 Bluetooth headsets is notorious for breaking. Four choices -- fix it yourself which means prying the earpiece apart and, if it is on left earpiece, taking the board apart and putting it back after buying a new ear hook; not fixing the ear hook and just using the set without (usually falls out of your ear); tossing the headset and buying a new one; or having a professional fix it. Easy choice for me and joe'sGE was a great professional team with free mailing back and forth. Timing was essential with me but the turn time was quick and the repair -- so far -- has been flawless. Thanks Joe'sGE.”
