“Joes GE helped me out before I became a customer. I wanted their input on authenticating a pair of beats I purchased online. Response was always direct, quick and professional. Then when I used their services to repair my old beats, they were with me every step of the way. I highly recommend, and the guys are awesome to work with.”

“I was definitely nervous to send my ridiculously expensive headphones off in the mail to a company I hadn't heard of prior to googling what on earth to do when your headphones won't take a charge... but I am so glad I did. Joes GE has incredible service with a really quick turnover. Mailing my headphones was easy and so was paying for the service. My headphones came back in wonderful condition and are happily charging away as I type this review. It was lovely that there is a person who texts you updates as the repair is moving along as well. They are also very responsive via text when you have questions. I really loved my experience with Joes GE.”

“Repair was good. Cost disclosure was horrible. Repair cost was indicated but shipping fees to Canada were not disclosed in repair estimates. Return shipping labelling was incorrectly labelled by Joes and ended costing me additionnal customs fees which I had to dispute, costing me time and postage fees. Do not recommend for foreign repairs as not worth all the inconveniences endured.”

We are also not in control of your countries customs and duty rates. We are in control of the repairs and getting the item back in your hands as fast as possible.
