“First of all I want to give a big shout out and appreciation to Joes GE for being there as a company to repair products that us people use daily! I was bummed when my Studio Beats broke and they were there in the internet when I researched for a company to repair my headphones other than Apple which they were charging me 200 dollars for refurbished ones. I took my chances with Joes GE and I’m very satisfied I choose this company to repair my headphones. I’m one satisfied happy customer and definitely will recommend this Joes GE company for their repairs.thanks again Joes GE . For me Music is Life and makes my day every day of my life!!!!”

“Honestly, I never write these. However, my beats 2 broke and i found a video showing Joe's repair process. Website seemed legit, but I was still hesitant. I ultimately decided to send them in and was extremely pleased. Professional, easy, and quick. Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Its rare to find a hardware repair shop this effective, especially in this day and age. Thanks!”

“I got the headphones and they weren’t cleaned. Emailed Joes right away and they apologized and sent me a return slip that day. I returned them and got a full refund. Customer service was great! It was just honest, we messed up and here’s your money back. I’d order from them again because I’ve heard good things.”

“Joes GE is absolutely the best. They helped me out when a special needs student of mine had his Beats broken by another student. When I acquired a pair myself and sent them to be repaired they sent them back to me stating that there was nothing wrong with them, so it was the cord. They even paid the shipping both ways. Joes GE is a first class compay and I highly recommend them for your electronics repairs or to buy refurbished electronics from. I’ll never deal with another company again, as I’ve found the best. “I paid $100 just for my right headphone to get fixed. I sent it in with the the right phone being able being able sticking it to place hoping you guys fix it. It finds out when I open the package it still wasn’t fixed. Then 2 weeks later it broke. I paid half of the price what I paid for headphones. I’m not to happy I paid top dollar for the service I should deserved.”
