I never write reviews. However, this has to be one of the best repair services I have ever used. Great communications, great price, great service. My son saved his money for over a year to buy his beats (a lot of money for a 12 year old), just over a year one speaker stopped working, he was devastated. Found Joes GE online and from all the positive reviews I felt it was worth a try rather then trashing the headphones. When we got the repair back and it was as good a new, he was thrilled as was I. Extremely happy and pleased.

I sent my headphones in for a $60 charge to replace my battery. Turns out, I didn't need a batter at all, just a system reset. Not only did they not charge me for this, they directed me to a youtube video that shows me how to reset the headphones should I have the problem again. I highly recommend the honest e-shop. A rarity these days on the internet. They also paid for return shipping, which I was expecting to pay myself. Thanks guys,

Customer service started off great until they received my product. Somehow my product was damaged. It may have happen during shipping but my package was wrapped correctly and because of that the price of fixing my headphones changed. I had friends waiting on me to get my headphones fix so they could ship there’s next after i received mines back but unfortunately it was bad business.

As a college undergrad, financial stability is not always readily achievable. When my Beats headphones stopped working so did my meeds of escape from the pressure of having a full schedule. I searched and called around, mostly everyone told me they were unrepairable, and if they could repair my beats, they were going to charge me just as much as a new pair of headphones. Thankfully, I found Joes GE services. They offered an affordable price, and their customer service was terrific. They kept me updated on the progress, and today my beats sound even better than when I first purchased them. I am thrilled I found Joes GE services and I am sure you will be happy with them too.

I had Joes fix a pair of beats head phones. Joes provided excellent communication during the process, they fixed them quickly, and their were no issues. It's been about a month since I've had them fix and they work like a charm. I'll definitely return to Joes when I need repairs on my equipment in the future. I highly recommend them.

Received my head phones working perfectly. I rarely send things out of state for repairs but could not find anyone locally. Repairs were on time (delayed returning due to Christmas volume). I was kept informed when they would be delivered. Very happy with Joe’s.

My beats solo wireless got wet. Sent them in, diagnosed, paid and returned for 70 bucks in 2 weeks. Wish they would have tucked the leather in from the ear muffs

Joe’s made my repair super easy! They repaired and processed my payment/shipment faster than any big company and got it back to me in secure/safe packaging extremely quickly. Only about a week worth of time altogether! I would so recommend!

I highly recommend Joes GE. My item was repaired quickly (& easily!) for far less than it would have cost to go through Apple. I received multiple text & e-mail updates from an actual human who was able to answer all of my questions & concerns after I mailed my item off. Joes GE even replaced the charger cord for me so that I did not have to shop for a new one! I am extremely happy with the service & will use Joes GE again for any needed repairs.
