“Repair was good. Cost disclosure was horrible. Repair cost was indicated but shipping fees to Canada were not disclosed in repair estimates. Return shipping labelling was incorrectly labelled by Joes and ended costing me additionnal customs fees which I had to dispute, costing me time and postage fees. Do not recommend for foreign repairs as not worth all the inconveniences endured.”

We are also not in control of your countries customs and duty rates. We are in control of the repairs and getting the item back in your hands as fast as possible.
