“Outstanding service at a great price! My Powerbeats 2 died a day after the warranty ran-out. Joes GE replaced battery several months ago and the headphones are still good as new. I followed their suggested shipping instructions (using USPS) and my headphones repaired and return to me in less than week (shipped-from and returned-to NC). They sent me text and updates throughout the process.”
