“My son's Solo 2 headphones were broken at the left hinge. I did a Google search for nearby repair shops and noticed that Joe's GE specializes in Beats repairs. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response, timely repair and relatively low cost, and not to mention the continued communications between their staff and myself allowing me to know exactly what was happening at all times regarding the repair. Great job, will be referring friends and family.”
