“I was thinking about throwing away my wireless Beats headphones until I came across a google search for Joes GE. They gave me a guesstimate over the phone and I sent them in the mail to their shop to get repaired. They held their original guesstimate to be the same amount to repair my Beats, and received them back within 1 week. Thanks Joes GE, these were 250 bucks to buy new at my Verizon store, and you saved them from the dumpster to live some more hours wedged into my earlobes.”

“The online quote was fairly close to the quote i was given after inspection. My Beats charging port broke away from the board. I bought a replacement board online but damaged the wires trying to replace it myself. The originally was going to charge $100 but offered a 25% discount. Very Professional and fast service.”

“I was definitely nervous to send my ridiculously expensive headphones off in the mail to a company I hadn't heard of prior to googling what on earth to do when your headphones won't take a charge... but I am so glad I did. Joes GE has incredible service with a really quick turnover. Mailing my headphones was easy and so was paying for the service. My headphones came back in wonderful condition and are happily charging away as I type this review. It was lovely that there is a person who texts you updates as the repair is moving along as well. They are also very responsive via text when you have questions. I really loved my experience with Joes GE.”
