“super quick service! not going to lie, I was a little nervous when I found this site off of youtube, but my confidence has grown with JOE'S GE. I had a pair of Beats wireless headphones I rec'd as a gift for Christmas and I was super bummed out when they wouldn't charge, plus my volume button was falling apart.. the shipping was super fast, I think the whole turn around took maybe 1 week? very fast! communication was open and they let me know the process the entire way through.. I've recommended them to coworkers and I'd continue to send my electronics to Joes! they know what they're doing and I'll definitely leave it to the pros! super fair price! I wasn't ready to invest in a new pair of earphones so I was very pleased in being able to restore my gift. thank you Joe's Team!”

“First of all I want to give a big shout out and appreciation to Joes GE for being there as a company to repair products that us people use daily! I was bummed when my Studio Beats broke and they were there in the internet when I researched for a company to repair my headphones other than Apple which they were charging me 200 dollars for refurbished ones. “Honestly, I never write these. However, my beats 2 broke and i found a video showing Joe's repair process. Website seemed legit, but I was still hesitant. I ultimately decided to send them in and was extremely pleased. Professional, easy, and quick. Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Its rare to find a hardware repair shop this effective, especially in this day and age. Thanks!”
