I didn't know if I was wasting money on trying to fix the set I had or if I should just buy another pair. I received my Beats back quickly and in perfect working order! “I was a skeptic, just like you are. In this day and age, sending my son’s $300 headphones away seemednlike a scam. Joe’s in NOT a scam. They have impeccable communication and follow through, didnthe work, fast, perfect, on time, and told me every step of the way.
