“Sent my Powerbeats 3 in for a new ear hook. When I got them back noticed that the new ear hook looked different from the old one was very flimsy and did not stay on my ear. Also after about three days of use my beats won’t even come on or charge.”

“My Beats headset recently broke, so I went searching online for an alternative to taking them into an Apple store. I've already had a experience with Apple's repair process. I was delighted to find Joe's. I quickly browsed their site, checked out some of their videos and I was confident that they could get the job done. Their communication was excellent. I opted for text updates and along with the email updates. After a few days I had my headset back and ready to go. I've already told my friends about this site and I will definitely come back if I need a quick repair.”
