Had Earpads replaced on 2 pairs of bose. The ear pads are great! And are like new. The 2 negitive things - my wired headphones, the wire plug in the headphone came back loose causing sound to drop out of both headphones. (Does the same with multiple different cables, and it is the same and not the cables) - my noise cancelling ones were having an issue with canceling the noise beforehand, they said there was nothing wrong with them. But there is a difference between my set and a set that does cancel noise properly. It shouldnt amplify small sounds like scratching frabic.

The left speaker had an intermittent to no sound. I got it back works great. However, when push the right button the music doesn’t stop or I can’t answer my phone.

I had a wonderful experience with Joe's GE repair service for my Beats Solo Headphones. They were very helpful, my headphones work great, and I didn't have to spend as much as I would if I were to buy a whole new set of headphones. I was especially appreciative of their excellent communication and having the option to pay in installments through Paypal. I would absolutely recommend Joe's to my friends and family and use them again if I need any repair work done. I'm so glad I could easily extend the life of my headphones instead of buying new- plus they responded and shipped quickly.

I was very pleased with the entire Joe's experience. The repair work was fast and perfect, which I expected because of online reviews, but the customer service was the wonderful surprise! The communications (by email and text) were laid-back but informative . . . no pressure, no hype, just friendly communication. The scripture, printed on their box, summed it up, basically "Treat others as you wish to be treated." Thanks Joe's! Keep up the great work in all areas of your business!

Wow, so thankful for this service! I was bummed when my headphones stopped working in one ear and they were out of warranty. I am grateful I found Joes! I sent them in and they sent me an estimate back within a few days. They have great communication and kept me updated all along the way, which really only took a week or so. My headphones are back and working great!

Instruction to how to get the item to be repaired was clear and concise. Once they received my item (headphones) I was contacted with their assessment and cost to repair, which was well worth it. The USB charging port (a known flaw in the headphones per my reading) was repaired and it is great to have them working again. Contact with the repairman was convenient and quick. Thank you.
