“Joe's has an amazing service! Their site and process was easy to use to send in my broken Beats headphones. They suggested new hinges and ear covers (and had both parts in the rose gold/pink needed for my headphones). After I approved the fix, they sent them back very quickly, and now my Beats look like new!”
