Absolutely the best! Not only did they repair my Bose QC30 headset on time, they kept in communication throughout the entire process. Companies don't do that anymore. USPS was extremely late with delivery (as usual) and Joe's opened up 2 tickets on my behalf. They even offered to replace my headset because we all thought it was lost in the mail! These guys are the best and highly recommend for electronic repair service!

Very happy with my experience. Everything was pre prepared. Just follow instructions. Service was prompt and professional. If it wasn’t so easy, my dead Fitbit would have stayed dead for a long time until I got around to it.

Excellent communication through texts and emails. Workmanship is fantastic, this is the second pair of headphones I’ve sent to them and perfect every time. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is quite expensive.

I really liked Joe’s GE when I used them several years ago for a wiring issue on my headphones. So, when I needed new padding on a different pair, I forked out the $45 to ship and get them changed out because I didn’t want to do it myself. Well, unfortunately, after hardly a day of using them, the padding has begun to come off. Every time I use them, I have to press to make sure they adhere back to each other, or they will pop off when I’m using them. Yesterday, they were completely off the headphone itself when I opened my headphone case and I noticed there was a small piece where they must click into the headphone themselves that was completely fragmented off (video) It’s safe to say I’m very disappointed and will not be using their services again, at least for this issue.

I have no issues with Joes' service or parts but their shipping is another matter. I bought a small low value part for my Beats Solo Headphones, that was not fragile and weighed less than an ounce. Shipping was close to $30 dollars and much more than the value of the part. The next time I wanted to buy a part for something else the shipping doubled the value of the purchase and it was cheaper to just buy a new set of headphones. They need to provide alternate shipping options for small inexpensive parts that could have just been put in a envelope and sent by USPS for a dollar.

Hello Brian. We used to offer USPS for international mail. The cost for that is $15.00. We no longer use this service since 15% of the mail we sent out was lost. We are unable to provide an excellent experience if 15% of our packages are not making it to the customer. Now that we use FedEx Express 100% of our packages are arriving. Your package arrived in four days given you're from Canada and we are in the USA. Your shipping was $28.00 which is calculated by FedEx. We think getting the package 100% of the time is worth paying more for. This is why we no longer support USPS (for international service) or other services which are not as reliable. The value of the part you buy does not correlate with the shipping cost. Its based on what the shipping companies charge for a base price. We have reached out personally so we can discuss this and get some more feedback on how we can make an excellent experience.
After a fiew test nothing work well. No power board ribbon cable included and of course it's sold out...

Hello Silvestro. The part we sent are working. If you order the incorrect part to repair your device it wont work. We accept returns on our parts if they do not work for your repair. We have reached out to inform you of our return policy.
Excellent service! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I sent my Bose headphones in for repair, and they even refunded me for a part I previously purchased that was not used in the repair. The repair was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Joe's!
