“How to make repair of Beats Studio3 headphones a pleasure??? These expensive beauties shouldn’t fail as often as they do but finding Joes GE made their repair simple. Across the continent, to another country in three days, I had my part. Their repair video was excellent (don’t try it improvise with tools or technique!). Totally successful and satisfied.”

“Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with their skills. I completely busted my screen to where it was unusable, and they sent me back my watch like new! It was a little dirty from the last screen protector I had on it, and they even cleaned it for me. The shipping may have been a little slow, but the job they do is worth the wait!! I will definitely be coming back for any other repair needs.”

“I can recommend Joes GE without hesitation! I tried to replace the battery in my Beats Solo and they still weren't charging because there was another problem. I decided that it was better to let the professionals take care of it. Joes was transparent about the cost and outlined the steps for the repair process. “Excellent, 5 stars: repaired my Bose QC35 headphones which kept turning it self on. Joes kept me informed. Sent them from SC on a Sat. Was received by them on Monday, fixed and returned to me by the following Friday. Another point that impressed me was they had posted a video on UTUBE, giving instructions on a way to repair the problem, unfortunately I had a different situation, so had to send them . Would be very comfortable dealing them again”
