“Loved the watch quality n how quick I got it”

“I accidentally broke the glass on my Apple Watch. On the manufacturer's site it was as expensive to repair a watch as it is to buy a new one. Joe's GE offered the service at a more reasonable rate. Their engagement process is very easy to follow and even includes a shipping label and instructions. The service itself was quick and I received notifications at every step along the way. I'd definitely recommend Joe's GE for Apple Watch service.”

“These guys repaired the joint of my Bose Quiet Comfort ii headphones in a very reasonable time frame. It was a super easy process and saved me from having to buy another set of headphones. My only complaint was that they were so on top of the ball with their automated systems that I got an email saying they had received my headphones before I ever sent them out which was confusing. Otherwise the perfect service for my situation.”

“Everything went fine with sending my watch in, the repair and getting it back. The communication was back and forth was very good. That all went away when I had a question about the new battery length. Frankly, the new one is no better than the old one. When I questioned it, I got nothing back except another automatic postage email. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Could not find a phone # to call.”
