“I needed new earpads and headband for an older pair of Beats Studio Headphones... and not only did they give me an accurate estimate... but I felt I was well taken care of through the entire process. And my headphones came back in excellent condition... and looked as good as when I first got them.”

“I should have written this review as soon as it was presented to me. The service was tremendous. It was simple to initiate the order, the issue was fixed and my watch returned as good as new. The repair was completed before the expected deadline and the price was reasonable. In the future, I will use Joe's for any technology repair they are able to tackle. I couldn't be happier.”

“Had my Bose QC35 II repaired. Transport costs on top are an issue when sending from Germany, but Joe's did a good job in repairing it. I thought I had to settle for black spare parts for my blue headphones, but in the end colors were matched and it looks almost new. Worth the money. Thanks.”
