I needed to repair my Bose QC30 headphones. Joes GE diagnosed the problem by phone and sent the part (neckband) promptly. With the help of their easy to follow repair video I repaired the headphones with patience and the right tools; it wasn't difficult. Saved me lots of $$ as these have been my favorites for travel and work for years. I hope they get more neckbands in stock so I can repair my wife's old pair and have an extra set on hand to fix them again in another 5 years!

I keep coming back to Joes GE because they always keep my beats running new! The Beats 2 wireless have been my favorite headphones for the gym because they’re a little louder than the beats 3, and they’re hard to buy now new. Any problem I’ve had, they’ve been able to address and fix. They’re quick to respond and keep their customers happy. Will definitely return again and refer my friends!

After the screen on my Garmin Vivoactive HR watch stopped working, and the part of the case holding the band on broke, I found a youtube video from Joe's describing how to take apart the watch and repair it. The video was excellent, and Joe's had all of the parts I needed to fix the watch. Now the watch is good as new! The only thing I could not find from the video was the really thin shim that they used to remove the touchscreen. I was able to use something I had to remove the touchscreen but destroyed it in the process. Did not matter since I was replacing it. Thanks Joe's for the excellent video! Made for a fun little project.

I have an expensive, high-end Bose QuietControl 30 and was so disappointed when a loud crackle developed in the left earbud speaker. I was so happy, however, to find that Joe's repairs QuietControl 30s because buying a new wireless headphone of similar quality would cost me $300 or more. I mailed my Bose in through Joe's easy-to-understanding shipping instructions and videos. Joe's repaired my Bose in a timely manner and shipped it back. It works like new! Thank you Joe's for providing this repair solution. You saved me a lot of money.

I ordered parts online from Canada. Within 3 days I had the parts. Unfortunately it was quite costly. $40 in parts cost me almost $100 due to shipping.
