“I thought it was a good process, there was good communication throughout the repair and delivery of my headphones. The only problem I had was that my what I thought was an issue wasn’t repaired and instead got an unnecessary repair. My beats have now snapped on the right side which is where I was worried to begin with and also mentioned in the repair form.”
