“I'm typically a skeptical person by nature, especially when it comes to dealing with companies over the internet. :) I have dealt with Joe's twice now for repairs on 2 different Beats headsets. In both instances, they were helpful with questions, fair with pricing (in one case the actual price was LOWER than their estimate!), and quick with deliveries. Not to mention, the free shipping label is very convenient. I would recommend them highly.”
