“I sent my daughters beats headphones in for repairs and not only did they repair it but also upgraded the cord. Now she can remove the cord as to where she couldn't before. They kept me in the loop as to every step that was going to be taken to get the job done. They gave me the price before they started the work. I had the headphones back within the same week. I will definitely use JOES again!!!”

“I sent my Beats solo 2 wireless for the repair as one side of the headphone wasn't working and i wanted it to work. I checked the prices and they said $55 and shipped them the headphones. Once they got there they said the repair cost would be $70 and if i wouldn't want to do it they would just send it back to me as it is. I paid them and then got them fixed. They shipped the headphones back in 3-4 days and they sounded just like new.”
