I looked up your order number and used your email and phone number, but I did not see any messages in our system. Can you let me know what form of contact you used? Again I am sorry we did not get back to you.

“There was no other alternative to Joe's for the fix to my Headphones but still they were very helpful — fast, efficient and reasonbable in price. Only note which is not their issue but perhaps they could mitigate, is that Canadians are charged a heavy duty — almost 100% — if the border thinks the product is NEW Parts. But if Joe's were to mark the paperwork as used, then there would likely not be duty.”

“I had sent in my Beats for repair and I got them back but had some trouble with the battery charging. They didn’t ask any other questions…just sent me a return label, fixed them with a new battery and shipped them back, all no charge!! They back their work 100%!! I will always send my electronics to them for repair!!! You won’t regret it!!”
