“I was amazed that Joe’s GE would repair my Fitbit Versa watch. I couldn’t find any alternative repair depot anywhere on the internet. Even Fitbit doesn’t offer a way to have their products repaired if it isn’t under warranty, they don’t want to know about a failed product. Enter Joe’s GE. They give you a general idea of what it will cost, based upon what is wrong with your electronics; they pay for shipping to their shop, and give you a fixed repair price within days-even during Covid-19! They turned it around quickly, and the cost was actually less than they quoted! If you can do it yourself, they will even sell you the parts! How unique is that? Based upon the results of my Fitbit Versa battery replacement, I highly recommend Joe’s GE.”

“Very quick turnaround on a battery replacement for my Fitbit Surge. My device now charges up and holds a charge. However, I'm disappointed with the battery life. I'm getting less than 48 hours, wearing the watch 24 hours a day. Probably not an issue with the new battery but rather just the nature of this particular model of Fitbit. In any case, Joe's did a great job at a fair price.”

Excellent communication and I mean they text you and email and answer back fast!! The price was well worth it!!
